螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面動態(tài)特性研究

【摘要】:本文研究了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面的多種有限元模型建模方法,探討了不同模型對螺栓聯(lián)接整體結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析結(jié)果的影響規(guī)律,針對其中兩種主要建模方式,采用參數(shù)優(yōu)化識別技術(shù),提取了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面單位面積的剛度和阻尼參數(shù)值,深入考察了相關(guān)參數(shù)在不同結(jié)合界面條件下的動態(tài)特性及其在螺栓預(yù)緊力變化條件下的變化規(guī)律。 主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)對螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)進行了試驗?zāi)B(tài)分析,得到了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)在不同結(jié)合面介質(zhì)條件和螺栓預(yù)緊力下的動態(tài)特性參數(shù),為螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面動態(tài)特性參數(shù)的識別和各類有限元模型的建立提供了參考依據(jù)。 (2)采用剛度矩陣單元建立了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面的等效動力學模型,以試驗?zāi)B(tài)分析的結(jié)果為依據(jù),基于遺傳算法利用有限元分析與試驗?zāi)B(tài)分析相結(jié)合的方法識別得到了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面單位面積剛度和阻尼值,并分析了這些參數(shù)在結(jié)合面不同結(jié)合介質(zhì)條件下的動態(tài)特性及其在螺栓預(yù)緊力變化條件下的變化規(guī)律。 (3)為了更加準確的模擬螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面的動態(tài)特性,創(chuàng)建了一種新的結(jié)合面有限單元,對其進行了單元特性分析,得到了單元剛度矩陣,并基于該單元重新建立了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面的動力學建模,以此模型為基礎(chǔ)對結(jié)合面接觸剛度參數(shù)值進行了識別。然后分析了結(jié)合面單位面積接觸剛度的動態(tài)特性及其在螺栓預(yù)緊力變化條件下的變化規(guī)律以及它對螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)整體動態(tài)特性的影響規(guī)律。 (4)研究了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)合面多種基于有限元的模擬方法,并針對性地建立了螺栓聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)的動力學模型,對其進行了有限元模態(tài)計算,然后對計算結(jié)果進行了對比研究。最后,基于研究的結(jié)果,以試驗?zāi)B(tài)分析的數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),分析了在不同的結(jié)合面介質(zhì)條件和不同的螺栓預(yù)緊力矩下各種結(jié)合面有限元模擬方法對螺栓聯(lián)接整體結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型計算結(jié)果的影響,并據(jù)此探討了這些結(jié)合面有限元模擬方法對其動態(tài)特性的模擬精度及其適用范圍和條件。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a variety of finite element modeling methods for bolted joints are studied, and the effects of different models on the results of finite element analysis of bolted joints are discussed. The stiffness and damping parameters per unit area of bolted joints are extracted by parameter optimization identification technique. The dynamic characteristics of the related parameters under different bonding interface conditions and the variation law of the bolt pre-tightening force were investigated. The main contents of the study are as follows:. 1) the experimental modal analysis of bolted connection structure is carried out, and the dynamic characteristic parameters of bolted connection structure under different interface medium conditions and bolt pretension force are obtained. It provides a reference for the identification of dynamic characteristic parameters of bolted joints and the establishment of various finite element models. (2) the equivalent dynamic model of bolted joint surface is established by using stiffness matrix element, which is based on the results of experimental modal analysis. Based on genetic algorithm, the unit area stiffness and damping value of bolted joints are obtained by combining finite element analysis with experimental modal analysis. The dynamic characteristics of these parameters in different bonding medium and the variation law of bolt pre-tightening force are analyzed. In order to simulate the dynamic characteristics of bolted joints more accurately, a new finite element is established, and the element stiffness matrix is obtained. Based on this unit, the dynamic modeling of bolted joint surface is established. On the basis of this model, the contact stiffness parameters of the joint face are identified, and the dynamic characteristics of the contact stiffness per unit area of the joint surface, the variation law of the contact stiffness under the condition of bolt pretightening force and its connection to the bolt are analyzed. The influence law of the whole dynamic characteristic of the connection structure. Finally, the dynamic model of bolted connection structure is established, the finite element modal calculation is carried out, and the results are compared. Based on the results of the study, based on the experimental modal analysis data, The influence of various finite element simulation methods on the finite element model of bolted connection is analyzed under different medium conditions and different pre-tightening moment of bolts. Based on this, the simulation accuracy, application range and conditions of these finite element simulation methods for the dynamic characteristics of the joints are discussed.
