【摘要】：變轉(zhuǎn)速液壓技術(shù)作為一種新型的節(jié)能傳動方式,有顯著的節(jié)能效果,它能夠降低整個液壓系統(tǒng)的能量損失,可以提高整個系統(tǒng)的工作效率,在液壓系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用十分廣泛。同傳統(tǒng)的泵控系統(tǒng)相比,具有噪聲低、調(diào)速范圍寬等優(yōu)勢,但變轉(zhuǎn)速液壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)也存在著動態(tài)響應(yīng)慢、低速特性差、速度剛性差等問題。為了使這種節(jié)能傳動技術(shù)得到更好的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,論文中設(shè)計一套以單片機作為主控制器的測控系統(tǒng),在變轉(zhuǎn)速泵控馬達調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的實驗中用于液壓信號的采集和控制信號的輸出。 論文中通過對變轉(zhuǎn)速液壓系統(tǒng)組成結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理的分析,弄清了液壓系統(tǒng)中各傳感器的輸出信號類型與變頻器、方向閥、溢流閥的控制信號類型,從而確定了信號調(diào)理電路和測控系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。論文詳細闡述了測控系統(tǒng)硬件部分的設(shè)計,包括電源模塊、復(fù)位電路、振蕩電路、存儲模塊、數(shù)據(jù)采集電路、鍵盤和液晶顯示電路、D/A輸出模塊以及USB通信模塊,同時設(shè)計了信號調(diào)理電路板對測控系統(tǒng)的輸入輸出信號進行放大、隔離、濾波等處理。利用Protel 99 SE設(shè)計了信號調(diào)理電路和測控系統(tǒng)的原理圖和PCB圖,并加工電路板焊接了電子元器件,制作出了硬件實物。應(yīng)用KeilC對系統(tǒng)軟件程序進行開發(fā)設(shè)計,包括系統(tǒng)主程序、多通道數(shù)據(jù)采集程序、LCD液晶屏顯示及鍵盤程序、D/A輸出控制程序等。采用Keil uVision和偉福仿真器對各子程序進行了聯(lián)機調(diào)試,由現(xiàn)場調(diào)試數(shù)據(jù)采集和液晶顯示等程序的實現(xiàn),說明硬件和軟件設(shè)計良好,可以采集和顯示變轉(zhuǎn)速液壓系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)參數(shù)。 通過對設(shè)計出的硬件和軟件的調(diào)試,得出論文設(shè)計的單片機變轉(zhuǎn)速液壓測控系統(tǒng)具有同時顯示多個液壓參數(shù)的功能,可以對多路液壓信號進行實時的采集,且體積小、應(yīng)用方便、性價比高、可擴展性強,能夠給同類測控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a new type of energy-saving transmission technology, variable speed hydraulic technology has remarkable energy-saving effect. It can reduce the energy loss of the whole hydraulic system and improve the working efficiency of the whole system. Compared with the traditional pump control system, it has the advantages of low noise and wide speed range, but the variable speed hydraulic speed control system also has slow dynamic response and poor low speed characteristic. In order to improve the development and application of this energy-saving transmission technology, a set of measurement and control system with single chip microcomputer as the main controller is designed in this paper. In the experiment of variable speed pump controlled motor speed regulation system, it is used to collect hydraulic signal and output control signal. By analyzing the structure and working principle of the hydraulic system with variable rotational speed, the output signal types of the sensors and the control signal types of frequency converter, directional valve and relief valve in the hydraulic system are clarified. The hardware design of the measurement and control system, including power supply module, reset circuit, oscillation circuit, storage module and data acquisition circuit, is described in detail. The keyboard and LCD circuits have DPA output module and USB communication module. At the same time, the signal conditioning circuit board is designed to amplify and isolate the input and output signals of the measurement and control system. Using Protel 99SE, the schematic diagram and PCB diagram of signal conditioning circuit and measurement and control system are designed, and the electronic components are welded on the circuit board, and the hardware object is made. The software program of the system is developed and designed by KeilC. It includes system main program, multi-channel data acquisition program, LCD LCD LCD display program and keyboard program D / A output control program, etc. The subprograms are debugged on-line by using Keil uVision and Defoe Simulator. The realization of data acquisition and liquid crystal display shows that the hardware and software are well designed and the dynamic parameters of the hydraulic system with variable rotational speed can be collected and displayed. By debugging the designed hardware and software, it is concluded that the single chip microcomputer hydraulic measurement and control system with variable rotational speed has the function of displaying multiple hydraulic parameters at the same time, and can collect the multi-channel hydraulic signals in real time, and the volume is small. It has the advantages of convenient application, high performance to price ratio and strong expansibility. It can provide some reference for the design and application of the similar measurement and control system.
