【摘要】:對傳統(tǒng)工藝進行研究,對老設備進行更新改造,投資小,見效快,是企業(yè)提高經(jīng)濟效益、實現(xiàn)企業(yè)裝備現(xiàn)代化的重要途徑;靹蛄鲜翘旖蜾撹F有限公司煉鐵廠原料作業(yè)區(qū)的重要產(chǎn)品,由于設備和工藝問題產(chǎn)生的混勻料成份不均勻現(xiàn)象一直影響一次料場中混勻料的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。本課題以提高混勻料質(zhì)量為中心,主要研究日常生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中工藝和設備對混勻料質(zhì)量的影響,研究內(nèi)容包括: 1、混勻工藝系統(tǒng)的第一步:重型卸礦車。跟蹤和分析重型卸礦車的技術(shù)情況,重型卸礦車所出現(xiàn)的故障較多集中在其內(nèi)部的電液動三通分料器部位,針對這一部分的特點,研究并提出若干改造方案,并進行理論與實踐相結(jié)合的綜合性比較,確定最佳的改造方案,顯著降低卸礦車的故障率。 2、混勻工藝中的第二步:圓盤給料機。設備技術(shù)相對較成熟,在生產(chǎn)中要不斷研究,改造其技術(shù),保證其準確的切料。 3、混勻工藝的第三步:混勻堆料機。其性能的優(yōu)略直接影響混勻料的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低故障率,進一步優(yōu)化其設計,在工藝上學習并改進其堆料工藝非常重要。這一步的研究是本論文的重點,實際生產(chǎn)中采取了各種堆料工藝,不斷地實驗,最終確定了一種科學可行的方案,保證了混勻料的均勻,提高作業(yè)率。分析了混勻堆料機的控制要求,研究PLC自動控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)及程序流程。針對所堆料的長度和位置的不確定因素提出時間限位法,詳細分析了自動控制系統(tǒng)的改造方案。 文章介紹原料作業(yè)區(qū)混勻工藝,圍繞此工藝的重要設備提出了各種改造,最終保證混勻工藝系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化,增加混勻料的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:The traditional technology is studied, the old equipment is renovated, the investment is small, the effect is quick, and the economic benefit of the enterprise is improved. An important way to realize the modernization of enterprise equipment. Blending is an important product in the raw material operation area of Tianjin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The uneven composition of the mixture produced by the equipment and process problems has always affected the product quality of the mixture in the primary material yard. This project focuses on improving the quality of the mixture. The influence of process and equipment on blending quality in daily production is studied. The research contents include:. 1. The first step of the blending process system: heavy unloading truck. Tracking and analyzing the technical situation of heavy dump truck, the faults of heavy dump truck are mostly concentrated in the part of the electro-hydraulic three-way feeder, and in view of the characteristics of this part, Several reconstruction schemes are studied and put forward, and the comprehensive comparison between theory and practice is carried out to determine the best reconstruction scheme, and the failure rate of unloading truck is significantly reduced. 2, the second step in mixing process: disc feeder. The equipment technology is relatively mature, we should study continuously in production, reform its technology, ensure its accurate cutting material. 3, the third step of blending process: mixing heaping machine. The superior performance directly affects the product quality of blending material, reduces the failure rate, and further optimizes its design. It is very important to learn and improve the stowage process in the process. The research of this step is the focus of this paper. The control requirements of the mixing machine are analyzed, the structure and program flow of the PLC automatic control system are studied, and the time limit method is put forward in view of the uncertain factors of the length and position of the stacked material. The transformation scheme of automatic control system is analyzed in detail. This paper introduces the blending process in the raw material operation area, and puts forward various revamping around the important equipment of this process, in order to ensure the optimization of the blending process system, increase the product quality of the blending material, and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
