諧波減速器參數(shù)化設(shè)計及有限元分析

【摘要】:諧波齒輪傳動是在柔輪彈性形變理論基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的新型傳動,主要由柔輪、剛輪和波發(fā)生器組成。由于具有傳動比大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、體積小、重量輕、傳動效率高、承載能力大等特點(diǎn),自諧波傳動理論誕生以來就在航空航天、精密儀器、雷達(dá)和機(jī)器人領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用,近幾年逐漸由軍事領(lǐng)域向通用的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。但是雖然一般傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法雖然能滿足設(shè)計指標(biāo),但是設(shè)計效率低,成本高,周期長,限制了諧波齒輪傳動技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用。我國雖然很早就開始諧波齒輪傳動技術(shù)的研究工作,,但是至今仍未建立相關(guān)的規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn),未能形成產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式生產(chǎn)設(shè)計。因此對諧波齒輪減速器進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計,對實際設(shè)計有很好的實用價值。本文主要的研究內(nèi)容如下: 首先,對諧波齒輪傳動的特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域及發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行總結(jié)。闡述了對諧波齒輪減速器進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計的實際意義。 其次,研究了利用UG平臺與VC++軟件結(jié)合的相關(guān)技術(shù),對利用UG實現(xiàn)參數(shù)化設(shè)計的可行性進(jìn)行分析,并實現(xiàn)諧波齒輪減速器進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計。完成諧波齒輪減速器嚙合參數(shù)計算,編寫相應(yīng)的程序,再利用UG和VC++相結(jié)合進(jìn)行UG二次開發(fā)。利用嚙合算法算得的參數(shù),對各個主要構(gòu)件建立三維零件庫,綜合利用ADO和ODBC數(shù)據(jù)庫接口技術(shù)實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫的存儲、讀取、增加等相關(guān)操作。 最后,利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對諧波齒輪減速器的最主要構(gòu)件柔輪簡要進(jìn)行有限元分析。對柔輪模型進(jìn)行簡化,設(shè)置優(yōu)化參數(shù)后,合理進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,對柔輪進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析和空載時受力分析。
[Abstract]:Harmonic gear transmission is a new type of transmission developed on the basis of flexible wheel elastic deformation theory. It is mainly composed of flexible wheel, rigid wheel and wave generator. Because of its high transmission ratio, simple structure, small volume, light weight and high transmission efficiency, harmonic gear transmission is a new type of transmission, which is mainly composed of flexible wheel, rigid wheel and wave generator. Since the birth of harmonic transmission theory, it has been widely used in the fields of aerospace, precision instruments, radar and robot. In recent years, it has gradually developed from the military field to the field of general mechanical products. But although the conventional design methods can meet the design targets, the design efficiency is low, the cost is high, and the period is long. Although the research work of harmonic gear transmission technology was started early in our country, there is still no relevant standard or standard. Therefore, the parameterized design of harmonic gear reducer has good practical value for practical design. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. Firstly, the characteristics, application field and development prospect of harmonic gear drive are summarized, and the practical significance of parameterized design of harmonic gear reducer is expounded. Secondly, the feasibility of parameterized design based on UG is analyzed by using the related technology of UG platform and VC software. The parametric design of harmonic gear reducer is realized. The meshing parameter calculation of harmonic gear reducer is completed, the corresponding program is compiled, and the UG secondary development is carried out by combining UG and VC. The parameters calculated by meshing algorithm are used. The 3D part library is established for each main component, and the database storage, reading, adding and other related operations are realized by using ADO and ODBC database interface technology. Finally, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the flexible wheel, which is the main component of harmonic gear reducer. Modal analysis and load analysis of flexible wheel are carried out.
