【摘要】：為研究一種液壓激振系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)特性,開發(fā)了基于振動(dòng)篩板的液壓激振測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。建立了系統(tǒng)三維空間不同頻率合振動(dòng)的振動(dòng)方程,數(shù)值模擬了不同頻率比的振動(dòng)信號(hào)在空間振動(dòng)的合成,表明振動(dòng)軌跡隨時(shí)間演化的復(fù)雜性。為研究振動(dòng)信號(hào)的混沌特性,以傅里葉變換為基礎(chǔ),采用五點(diǎn)滑動(dòng)平均法對(duì)振動(dòng)篩板實(shí)測(cè)振動(dòng)信號(hào)的隨機(jī)干擾進(jìn)行了濾除,降低了帶來的類混沌化。然后對(duì)振動(dòng)篩板實(shí)測(cè)的振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行了空間合成,合成軌跡非常復(fù)雜并與數(shù)值模擬吻合。為定性判斷振動(dòng)軌跡的混沌性,對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)振動(dòng)信號(hào)的時(shí)間序列進(jìn)行了相空間重構(gòu),Poincare截面出現(xiàn)了奇怪吸引子,表明系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)了典型的混沌運(yùn)動(dòng)。最后采用功率譜分析驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的混沌性,顯示出振動(dòng)的混沌化明顯,為分析及預(yù)測(cè)物料在振動(dòng)篩板上的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the vibration characteristics of a hydraulic vibration exciting system, a hydraulic vibration test system based on vibrating screen plate is developed. The vibration equation of different frequency combination vibration in three dimensional space of the system is established. The synthesis of vibration signals with different frequency ratios in space is numerically simulated, which indicates the complexity of vibration trajectory evolution with time. In order to study the chaotic characteristics of vibration signals, the Fourier transform is used as the basis. The random interference of vibration signal measured by vibrating screen plate is filtered by five-point moving average method, and the chaos is reduced. Then, the vibration signal measured by vibrating screen plate is synthesized in space. The synthetic trajectory is very complicated and agrees with the numerical simulation. In order to determine the chaos of vibration trajectory qualitatively, the phase space reconstruction of the time series of measured vibration signals and the appearance of strange attractors in Poincare cross section are presented. Finally, the chaos of the system is verified by power spectrum analysis, which shows that the chaos of vibration is obvious, which provides a theoretical basis for analyzing and predicting the trajectory of material moving on the vibrating screen.
