【摘要】:齒輪泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、重量輕、自吸性能好、對(duì)油液污染不敏感、工作可靠、壽命長(zhǎng)、成本低和維修方便等眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn),故在各種液壓機(jī)械中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。本文對(duì)漸開線齒輪泵、內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵等常見齒輪泵進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,對(duì)常見齒輪泵的工作機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析,明確了其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并對(duì)常見齒輪泵的困油現(xiàn)象、徑向不平衡力、間隙泄漏等問題進(jìn)行了分析。 齒輪作為齒輪泵的核心,通過對(duì)圓弧齒輪的研究,首次提出了四圓弧齒廓齒輪泵的設(shè)計(jì)思想,并以泵的最小體積為目標(biāo)函數(shù),泵的排量,極限速度,齒輪嚙合徑向間隙等為約束條件,模數(shù)、齒數(shù)、齒寬為設(shè)計(jì)變量建立了四圓弧齒廓齒輪泵優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)其基本參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),解決該類泵的基本參數(shù)選擇問題;將這些參數(shù)與漸開線齒輪泵、普通擺線泵的參數(shù)進(jìn)行比較。對(duì)四圓弧齒廓齒輪泵排量、理論流量、瞬時(shí)流量、平均流量、流量脈動(dòng)、壓力脈動(dòng)等特性進(jìn)行求解分析,并與常見的漸開線齒輪泵的相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,提出了相關(guān)的改進(jìn)措施。最后通過SolidWorks對(duì)四圓弧齒輪泵零件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并建立四圓弧齒輪泵三維模型。 本文對(duì)四圓弧齒廓齒輪泵進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,解決該類泵的基本參數(shù)選擇問題,并建立三維模型,將對(duì)圓弧齒廓齒輪泵以后的研究具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Gear pump has many advantages, such as simple structure, small volume, light weight, good self-priming performance, insensitive to oil pollution, reliable operation, long life, low cost and convenient maintenance. In this paper, the involute gear pump, inner meshing cycloid pump and other common gear pumps are studied systematically, the working mechanism of common gear pumps is analyzed, and its advantages and disadvantages are clarified. The problems of oil trap, radial imbalance and clearance leakage of gear pump are analyzed. Gear as the core of gear pump, through the research of circular gear, the design idea of four-arc tooth profile gear pump is put forward for the first time. Taking the minimum volume of pump as the objective function, the displacement and limit speed of the pump are obtained. The optimal design mathematical model of four-arc tooth profile gear pump is established based on the design variables of gear meshing radial clearance, modulus, tooth number and tooth width, and the basic parameters are optimized to solve the problem of selecting the basic parameters of this kind of pump. These parameters are compared with those of involute gear pump and common cycloid pump. The characteristics of displacement, theoretical flow, instantaneous flow rate, average flow rate, flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of four-arc tooth profile gear pump are solved and analyzed. Compared with the common involute gear pump, the relative improvement measures are put forward. Finally, the four-arc gear pump parts are designed by SolidWorks, and the three-dimensional model of the four-arc gear pump is established. In this paper, a systematic study on four-arc tooth profile gear pump is carried out to solve the problem of selecting the basic parameters of this kind of pump and to establish a three-dimensional model, which will have a certain theoretical guidance for the future research of circular arc tooth profile gear pump.
