壓力容器磁記憶檢測數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:壓力容器是十分重要的工業(yè)設備,在國民經(jīng)濟和人民日常生活中發(fā)揮著重要作用。由于壓力容器工作時承受介質(zhì)壓力,具有爆炸的危險性,工作環(huán)境惡劣,往往承受高溫、高壓和化學腐蝕作用,一旦發(fā)生爆炸和泄漏就會造成重大的生態(tài)災難,因此各國政府對壓力容器的安全運行均十分關注,國際上針對壓力容器也制訂了不同的檢測和評估標準,同時各種新型無損檢測技術也被不斷應用于壓力容器檢測與評估中。 金屬磁記憶檢測是近年來出現(xiàn)的一種新型無損檢測技術,因其對微小缺陷和應力集中敏感而引起人們的廣泛興趣。本論文嘗試將磁記憶無損檢測技術應用于壓力容器檢測中,通過針對壓力容器用鋼的一些典型承載實驗,證明磁記憶檢測技術在壓力容器評估中的有效性和可行性,同時根據(jù)該技術在壓力容器應用中的實際需求,重點研究壓力容器磁記憶檢測中的數(shù)據(jù)庫編制和管理系統(tǒng)技術,以更好適應該技術的實際應用和推廣。 論文對磁記憶檢測技術近年來的一些發(fā)展概況進行了評述,并分析了這項技術的發(fā)展前景和在壓力容器檢測中的實際可行性。在此基礎上對壓力容器磁記憶檢測數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)進行了總體方案設計,對壓力容器檢測中所需要的磁記憶檢測數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,基于Access小型數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件構(gòu)建了數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng),利用Visual C++編制了磁記憶檢測信號的采集與分析模塊;并設計了應力分析、缺陷表征和計算等模塊;軟件總體上力求做到人機友好性強,易于操作等優(yōu)點;希望通過論文的研究,使金屬磁記憶檢測技術在壓力容器檢測領域得到進一步的推廣,同時使缺乏對磁記憶檢測技術了解的技術人員能夠利用該系統(tǒng)軟件進行壓力容器的檢測評定操作。 通過上述工作,初步構(gòu)建了壓力容器磁記憶檢測數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了論文工作的預期目標。
[Abstract]:Pressure vessel is a very important industrial equipment, which plays an important role in national economy and people's daily life. High pressure and chemical corrosion, once explosion and leakage will cause a major ecological disaster, so governments are very concerned about the safe operation of pressure vessels, the international pressure vessels have also developed different testing and evaluation standards, At the same time, a variety of new non-destructive testing techniques have been continuously used in pressure vessel testing and evaluation. Metal magnetic memory testing is a new kind of nondestructive testing technology, which has attracted wide interest because of its sensitivity to microdefects and stress concentration. This paper attempts to apply magnetic memory nondestructive testing technology to pressure vessel testing. The validity and feasibility of magnetic memory testing technology in pressure vessel evaluation are proved through some typical load bearing experiments on steel used in pressure vessel. Meanwhile, according to the actual demand of the technology in pressure vessel application, In order to adapt to the practical application and popularization of the technology, the database compilation and management system technology of pressure vessel magnetic memory detection is studied emphatically. In this paper, the recent development of magnetic memory detection technology is reviewed. The development prospect of this technology and the practical feasibility in the pressure vessel detection are analyzed. Based on this, the overall scheme design of the data management system for the pressure vessel magnetic memory detection is carried out. Based on the analysis of the magnetic memory data needed in the pressure vessel testing, the database management system is constructed based on the Access small database software, and the acquisition and analysis module of the magnetic memory detection signal is programmed by using Visual C; And designed the stress analysis, defect characterization and calculation module; the software generally strive to achieve strong human-computer friendliness, easy to operate and so on. The technique of metal magnetic memory detection has been further popularized in the field of pressure vessel detection, and the technical personnel who lack understanding of magnetic memory detection technology can use the system software to carry out the testing and evaluation operation of pressure vessel. Through the above work, the data management system of magnetic memory detection for pressure vessel is constructed, and the expected goal of the paper is realized.
