【摘要】:隨著整車對發(fā)動機(jī)性能要求的不斷提高,以及鏈條技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,,正時(shí)鏈被越來越廣泛地應(yīng)用到汽車、摩托車的發(fā)動機(jī)正時(shí)系統(tǒng)中。對于發(fā)動機(jī)正時(shí)系統(tǒng)的閉式傳動而言,鏈條的疲勞性能成為系統(tǒng)使用可靠性的最關(guān)鍵影響因素。為了深入研究目前正廣泛應(yīng)用的正時(shí)套筒鏈以及極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ恼龝r(shí)齒形鏈的疲勞特性,本課題選取目前國內(nèi)摩托車發(fā)動機(jī)正時(shí)系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用最典型的04MA套筒鏈和CL04-5齒形鏈兩種鏈條為研究對象,采取隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,從國內(nèi)具有代表性的鏈條制造廠抽取充足的試驗(yàn)樣品,在對這兩種鏈條樣品依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行常規(guī)檢驗(yàn)、疲勞指標(biāo)符合性驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,比較分析了兩種鏈條的比重參數(shù)、靜強(qiáng)度和疲勞性能指標(biāo)的差異與優(yōu)劣。 為了進(jìn)一步摸索兩種鏈條的疲勞特性規(guī)律,本課題還采用成組法和升降法進(jìn)行了疲勞性能試驗(yàn),獲取大量試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。對試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理和置信度評價(jià)后,繪制兩種鏈條完整的疲勞曲線,得到了疲勞曲線直線段部分回歸方程的解析表達(dá)式和平均疲勞強(qiáng)度。此外,利用有限元軟件ANSYS對CL04-5齒形鏈進(jìn)行了建模和仿真,分析了鏈板在載荷作用下的應(yīng)力分布狀況,并提出了通過改變齒形鏈鏈板的非關(guān)鍵性尺寸參數(shù)—內(nèi)檔高度來提高齒形鏈疲勞性能的可行性。 本文通過理論分析和試驗(yàn)研究,得出了以下結(jié)論:04MA套筒鏈和CL04-5齒形鏈兩種鏈條在比重基本相同的情況下,靜強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)均能滿足各自標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的要求;CL04-5齒形鏈的靜強(qiáng)度水平高于04MA套筒鏈約21%;兩者的疲勞性能在動載荷較低、試驗(yàn)頻率基本相同的條件下,CL04-5齒形鏈的平均疲勞強(qiáng)度優(yōu)于04MA套筒鏈9%,在動載荷較高條件下,04MA套筒鏈的疲勞性能最高優(yōu)于CL04-5齒形鏈10%等有價(jià)值的結(jié)論。該課題的研究成果不僅摸索出兩種正時(shí)鏈的疲勞特性規(guī)律,為我國發(fā)動機(jī)正時(shí)鏈技術(shù)水平的提高做了有意義的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)研究工作,而且也對我國兩種正時(shí)鏈產(chǎn)品的疲勞性能評價(jià)指標(biāo)的確定和評價(jià)體系的建立提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of vehicle performance requirements and the rapid development of chain technology, timing chain is more and more widely used in the engine timing system of automobiles and motorcycles. The fatigue property of the chain is the most important factor affecting the reliability of the system. In order to study the fatigue characteristics of the timing sleeve chain and the chronochronous tooth chain, which are widely used at present, In this paper, two kinds of chains, 04MA sleeve chain and CL04-5 toothed chain, which are used in the domestic motorcycle engine timing system are selected as the research objects, and the method of random sampling is adopted. Sufficient test samples were taken from representative chain manufacturers in China. The specific gravity parameters of the two kinds of chains were compared and analyzed on the basis of routine test and fatigue index compliance verification test according to the relevant standards of the two kinds of chain samples. The difference of static strength and fatigue performance index. In order to further explore the fatigue characteristics of the two kinds of chains, the fatigue performance tests were carried out by group method and lifting method, and a large number of test data were obtained. After processing the test data and evaluating the confidence degree, The complete fatigue curves of two kinds of chains are drawn, and the analytical expressions and average fatigue strength of partial regression equations of linear segments of fatigue curves are obtained. In addition, the finite element software ANSYS is used to model and simulate the CL04-5 toothed chain. The stress distribution of the chain plate under load is analyzed, and the feasibility of improving the fatigue performance of the tooth chain by changing the non-key dimension parameter of the chain plate is put forward. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental study, the following conclusions are drawn in this paper: 1. 04MA sleeve chain and CL04-5 toothed chain have the same specific gravity. The static strength index can meet the requirements stipulated in their respective standards. The static strength level of CL04-5 toothed chain is higher than that of 04MA sleeve chain about 21. The fatigue properties of both chains are lower in dynamic load. The average fatigue strength of CL04-5 toothed chain is better than that of 04MA sleeve chain under the condition of the same test frequency, and the fatigue performance of 04MA sleeve chain is better than that of CL04-5 tooth chain 10% under higher dynamic load. The results not only find out the fatigue characteristics of two time chains, It also provides technical support for the determination of fatigue performance evaluation index and the establishment of evaluation system for two kinds of timed chain products in China.
