【摘要】:客戶在低成本、高質(zhì)量和個(gè)性化方面的要求已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前中國(guó)制造業(yè)共同面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。模塊化設(shè)計(jì)制造是迎接上述挑戰(zhàn)的重要途徑,也是最符合中國(guó)制造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)的先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)。通過(guò)合理的產(chǎn)品模塊化體系,可以快速地組合成滿足客戶需求的個(gè)性化產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)又由于通用模塊的批量生產(chǎn)和批量管理降低了生產(chǎn)和管理成本。但是目前,我國(guó)企業(yè)還缺乏一個(gè)完整的、通用的和可操作的產(chǎn)品模塊化技術(shù)方法。因此,企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展決定于模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的成熟實(shí)施以及基于模塊化產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的配置設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。 本論文將圍繞產(chǎn)品在快速優(yōu)質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)、低成本制造的需求,重點(diǎn)研究產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),并以裝載機(jī)為例建立一個(gè)面向輪式裝載機(jī)配置設(shè)計(jì)的平臺(tái),支持產(chǎn)品的快速設(shè)計(jì),提高零部件重用率、降低產(chǎn)品的全生命周期成本。 本文闡述了論文的研究背景,對(duì)論文的主要研究領(lǐng)域—大批量定制及其配置設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了概念性定義與介紹,討論了產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)及產(chǎn)品族的概念、內(nèi)容和產(chǎn)品族配置系統(tǒng)。對(duì)基于產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的配置設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),研究了功能相似產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)搭建問(wèn)題;谧缘紫蛏戏,利用改善的產(chǎn)品BOM表,提出了一種建立產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的新方法,并將此方法應(yīng)用到某企業(yè)某類裝載機(jī)產(chǎn)品上。對(duì)于基于實(shí)例推理與配置規(guī)則相結(jié)合的配置方法以及配置規(guī)則的提取進(jìn)行了研究。在基于實(shí)例推理時(shí),利用改進(jìn)TOPSIS法準(zhǔn)確檢索最相似的產(chǎn)品實(shí)例,并解決因有多個(gè)相似實(shí)例而無(wú)法提取的問(wèn)題,對(duì)于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的理論和工程價(jià)值。 最后,將CAE與配置設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)出不可再分模塊的結(jié)構(gòu),檢驗(yàn)了組合結(jié)構(gòu)的工作性能,擴(kuò)展了配置設(shè)計(jì)的流程。 本文在產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的搭建、配置順序的確定、基于實(shí)例推理的配置設(shè)計(jì)、配置設(shè)計(jì)與CAE的結(jié)合以擴(kuò)展配置流程等方面均有一定的理論創(chuàng)新。 通過(guò)相關(guān)研究,我們得到了裝載機(jī)產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)及其配置設(shè)計(jì)的方法與過(guò)程,結(jié)果顯示裝載機(jī)適合大批量定制設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)于提高企業(yè)的智能化水平具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The requirements of customers in low cost, high quality and individuation have become a serious challenge facing the Chinese manufacturing industry. Modular design and manufacturing is an important way to meet these challenges. It is also the most advanced manufacturing technology in line with the current situation and characteristics of China's manufacturing industry. Through a reasonable modularization system of products, it can be quickly combined into personalized products that meet the needs of customers. At the same time, the batch production and batch management of general modules reduce the cost of production and management. However, at present, Chinese enterprises still lack a complete, general and operable method of modularization of products. The rapid development of enterprises depends on the mature implementation of modular design and the development of configuration design technology based on modular product platform. This paper will focus on the requirements of rapid and high quality product design and low cost manufacturing, focus on product configuration design technology, and take the loader as an example to establish a platform for the configuration design of wheel loader to support the rapid design of products. Improve the reuse rate of parts and reduce the whole life cycle cost of products. This paper describes the research background of the thesis, introduces the main research field of the paper, mass customization and configuration design technology, and discusses the concept of product platform and product family. Content and product family configuration system. The configuration design based on product platform is summarized, and the problem of product platform building with similar functions is studied. Based on the bottom-up method, the improved product BOM table is used. A new method of building product platform is proposed. This method is applied to a certain kind of loader products in an enterprise. The configuration method combined with case based reasoning and configuration rules are studied, as well as the extraction of configuration rules. The improved TOPSIS method is used to accurately retrieve the most similar product examples, and to solve the problem that can not be extracted because of many similar examples, which has certain theoretical and engineering value for product design. Finally, by combining CAE with configuration design, the structure of non-separable module is designed, the working performance of the combined structure is tested, and the flow of configuration design is extended. In this paper, there are some theoretical innovations in the construction of product platform, the determination of configuration sequence, the configuration design based on case-based reasoning, the combination of configuration design and CAE to expand the configuration process. Through relevant research, we get the method and process of product platform and configuration design of loader. The result shows that loader is suitable for mass customization design, and it is of great significance to improve the intelligence level of enterprises.
