二軸轉(zhuǎn)臺結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及動力學(xué)特性分析

【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)臺是一種主要的跟蹤測試系統(tǒng)裝置,在航天領(lǐng)域、航空領(lǐng)域、海洋檢測、大氣信道的無線激光等軍民用領(lǐng)域上都有廣泛的應(yīng)用。此外轉(zhuǎn)臺的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)將直接影響到所要工作轉(zhuǎn)臺的跟蹤精度,從而影響到整個(gè)系統(tǒng)最終的工作性能,本文以實(shí)際激光通信工程項(xiàng)目為背景,設(shè)計(jì)出了轉(zhuǎn)臺的總體結(jié)構(gòu)及其動力學(xué)分析。 本文根據(jù)技術(shù)指標(biāo),對轉(zhuǎn)臺進(jìn)行了總體的組成設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)出滿足要求的“U-O”型二軸轉(zhuǎn)臺。根據(jù)有限元的理論知識,以ANSYS有限元分析軟件為基礎(chǔ),對二軸仿真轉(zhuǎn)臺的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了力學(xué)分析,通過對轉(zhuǎn)臺進(jìn)行的靜力學(xué)計(jì)算得到轉(zhuǎn)臺的應(yīng)力和位移的變形情況,該二軸轉(zhuǎn)臺基本滿足了強(qiáng)度和剛度的要求;通過模態(tài)分析計(jì)算,得到了相應(yīng)的振動頻率、振幅和振型云圖,對于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的頻率響應(yīng)要求來說不會發(fā)生共振,可以保證轉(zhuǎn)臺的跟蹤精度。 最后根據(jù)靜、動態(tài)的分析結(jié)果,對二軸轉(zhuǎn)臺初始方案的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)用性等方面提出了對外框、內(nèi)框及基座的結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)方案。并對改進(jìn)方案進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,確保改進(jìn)后結(jié)構(gòu)滿足轉(zhuǎn)臺靜動態(tài)特性要求,也為以后有關(guān)二軸轉(zhuǎn)臺的設(shè)計(jì)提供了有利的工具和有效的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Turntable is a major tracking and testing system, in the aerospace, aviation, ocean detection, In addition, the structure design of the turntable will directly affect the tracking accuracy of the turntable, thus affecting the final working performance of the whole system. In this paper, the overall structure and dynamic analysis of the turntable are designed under the background of the actual laser communication project. In this paper, according to the technical specifications, the overall composition of the turntable is designed, and the "U-O" type two-axis turntable is designed to meet the requirements. According to the theoretical knowledge of finite element, the ANSYS finite element analysis software is used as the foundation. The mechanical structure of the two-axis simulation turntable is analyzed. The stress and displacement deformation of the turntable is obtained by statics calculation of the turntable. The two-axis turntable basically meets the requirements of strength and stiffness. The corresponding vibration frequencies, amplitudes and mode shapes are obtained, which can ensure the tracking accuracy of the turntable because there is no resonance for the frequency response requirements of the structural design. Finally, according to the static and dynamic analysis results, the structural improvement scheme of the external frame, the inner frame and the base is put forward in the aspects of the mechanical structure design and practicability of the initial scheme of the two-axis turntable, and the improved scheme is analyzed and calculated. The improved structure meets the static and dynamic characteristics of the turntable, and provides a favorable tool and effective reference for the design of the two-axis turntable in the future.
