【摘要】：研究了聯(lián)軸器螺栓緊固件在復(fù)雜載荷作用下的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),對分析聯(lián)軸器螺紋螺栓的失效具有重要價值。采用精確幾何形狀螺紋建模方法對聯(lián)軸器的螺紋進行了建模,并將其嵌入ANSYS軟件對螺紋螺栓的預(yù)緊力、聯(lián)軸器受載后的等效應(yīng)力和聯(lián)軸器螺紋螺栓的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力進行了仿真分析,并進行了試驗對比研究。結(jié)果表明:所建立的模型能很好地仿真螺栓自松弛現(xiàn)象,可以認(rèn)為螺栓松弛乃至結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞強度對扭轉(zhuǎn)載荷的大小更敏感,能為深入研究聯(lián)軸器螺紋螺栓的失效提供參考。
[Abstract]:The stress state of coupling bolt fastener under complex load is studied, which is of great value in analyzing the failure of coupling screw bolt. The precise geometric shape thread modeling method is used to model the screw thread of coupling. The pretightening force of thread bolt, the equivalent stress of coupling after loading and the structural stress of screw bolt of coupling are simulated and analyzed by embedding ANSYS software. The experimental results show that the self-relaxation of bolts can be well simulated by the established model. It can be concluded that the fatigue strength of bolts and even the fatigue strength of the structure is more sensitive to the magnitude of torsional load. It can provide reference for further study of screw bolt failure of coupling.
