【摘要】:90年代初的建筑施工技術(shù)較為落后,建筑工程以6層以下為主,建筑物主體高度不超過30米,當(dāng)前建筑機(jī)械性能較為先進(jìn),,建筑物以高層居多,有些建筑物主體高度已超過100米,傳統(tǒng)的龍門式升降機(jī)已經(jīng)無法滿足要求。目前建筑業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,機(jī)械化程度越來越高,進(jìn)而對建筑機(jī)械提出了更高的要求,不僅要求建筑機(jī)械設(shè)備性能先進(jìn),而且造價(jià)低,施工效率高。 本課題所設(shè)計(jì)的SSE200B新型施工升降機(jī)是在現(xiàn)有機(jī)型的基礎(chǔ)上通過優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)出的起重量大、提升高度高、綜合使用性能好的施工升降機(jī),其提升形式采用鋼絲繩式,額定起重量為4噸,提升高度為100米,綜合性能上遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于原有產(chǎn)品。是一種具有良好發(fā)展前景的新型建筑機(jī)械產(chǎn)品,該產(chǎn)品的出現(xiàn)可以推動(dòng)建筑施工技術(shù)和建筑機(jī)械制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 在SSE200B型施工升降機(jī)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,對起升機(jī)構(gòu)、吊籠和塔身進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和抗壓強(qiáng)度計(jì)算與分析。結(jié)合所研究設(shè)計(jì)的施工升降機(jī),為其設(shè)計(jì)了一臺瞬時(shí)式安全防墜器,并利用三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件Pro/Engineer建立系統(tǒng)虛擬樣機(jī)模型,再把虛擬樣機(jī)模型導(dǎo)入到ADAMS中,對其施加約束和載荷并進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,利用仿真結(jié)果對安全防墜器的性能進(jìn)行評價(jià)。在控制電路設(shè)計(jì)部分,對整體控制電路、重量控制電路、上限和下限電路、樓層控制等電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和仿真。最后,本文指出了該系統(tǒng)目前存在的一些不足,有待于日后改進(jìn)和完善。
[Abstract]:In 90s, the construction technology was relatively backward, the main building works were below 6 stories, the height of the main body of the building was not more than 30 meters. At present, the mechanical properties of the buildings were more advanced and the high-rise buildings were the majority. The main body of some buildings has reached a height of more than 100 meters, and the traditional gantry lifts have been unable to meet the requirements. At present, the construction industry is developing rapidly, and the degree of mechanization is getting higher and higher, thus putting forward higher requirements for construction machinery. It not only requires advanced performance of construction machinery and equipment, but also low cost and high construction efficiency. The new type of SSE200B construction hoist designed in this paper is a kind of construction hoist with high lifting weight, high elevating height and good comprehensive use performance, which is designed on the basis of the existing models. The lifting form of the hoisting hoist is steel wire rope type. Rated lifting weight of 4 tons, lifting height of 100 meters, comprehensive performance is far superior to the original product. It is a new type of construction machinery with good prospects for development. The emergence of this product can promote the development of construction technology and construction machinery manufacturing, and further promote the development of local economy. In the mechanical system design of SSE200B type construction hoist, the structure design and compressive strength calculation and analysis of hoisting mechanism, hoist and tower body are carried out. The virtual prototype model of the system is established by using the 3D design software Pro/Engineer, and then the virtual prototype model is imported into ADAMS, which is subjected to constraints and loads, and the dynamic simulation is carried out. In the control circuit design part, the overall control circuit, weight control circuit, upper and lower limit circuit, floor control circuit and other circuits are designed and simulated. This paper points out some shortcomings of the system, which need to be improved and perfected in the future.
