深水管道法蘭螺栓聯(lián)接機具工具庫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,對能源特別是石油資源的需求迅猛提升,為了減輕對進(jìn)口石油的過度依賴,保障我國的能源供應(yīng)安全,走向深水開發(fā)海洋石油成為我國的戰(zhàn)略選擇。課題源自國家863計劃,目的是完成具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的深水管道法蘭螺栓聯(lián)接機具試驗樣機工具庫的研制以進(jìn)行10m水深聯(lián)接試驗。本文主要進(jìn)行深水管道法蘭螺栓聯(lián)接機具工具庫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及控制系統(tǒng)研究。 論文對深水管道法蘭螺栓聯(lián)接相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,著重分析國外現(xiàn)有法蘭螺栓聯(lián)接作業(yè)裝備的工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu)特點,總結(jié)并對比其優(yōu)缺點,為課題的研究提供技術(shù)參考。 結(jié)合課題指標(biāo)要求,設(shè)計深水管道聯(lián)接機具的總體方案,確定機具由螺栓庫、螺母庫和拉伸器庫等模塊組成。依據(jù)總體方案確定聯(lián)接螺栓的形式,選擇螺栓的預(yù)緊方法,對比分析管道設(shè)計計算準(zhǔn)則,計算管道法蘭密封所需的螺栓預(yù)緊力,在此基礎(chǔ)上規(guī)劃機具聯(lián)接作業(yè)流程。 著重進(jìn)行聯(lián)接機具工具庫結(jié)構(gòu)詳細(xì)設(shè)計,重點闡述夾持定位機構(gòu)、螺母擰緊機構(gòu)、拉伸模塊機構(gòu)和循環(huán)拉伸機構(gòu)的工作原理。運用Inventor軟件建立工具庫的三維結(jié)構(gòu)模型,對關(guān)鍵零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)強度及剛度進(jìn)行有限元分析。 針對機具控制的實際要求,進(jìn)行工具庫控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。完成主要運動機構(gòu)的液壓控制回路設(shè)計,確定電氣控制系統(tǒng)硬件,完成電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。 通過核心原理試驗裝置,進(jìn)行螺母引入對比試驗,分析相關(guān)因素對螺母引入的影響,驗證螺栓引入設(shè)計方案的可行性和可靠性。進(jìn)行馬達(dá)液阻力和套筒模塊機械摩擦測定試驗,降低其對螺母套筒轉(zhuǎn)動同步性的不利影響。完成機具陸上聯(lián)接調(diào)試試驗,記錄分析試驗過程,為樣機的水池聯(lián)接試驗提供參考。 通過聯(lián)接機具試驗樣機工具庫的研制,為將來深水管道法蘭螺栓聯(lián)接機具工程樣機的研制奠定基礎(chǔ),為深水管道回接作業(yè)提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for energy, especially oil resources, is rising rapidly. In order to reduce the excessive dependence on imported oil and ensure the security of our energy supply, To develop offshore oil in deep water has become a strategic choice for our country. The purpose of this paper is to develop the experimental prototype tool library of deep water pipe flange bolt connection machine with independent intellectual property right for 10m water depth connection test. This paper mainly carries on the deep water pipeline flange bolt joint machine tool library structure. Design and control system research. This paper summarizes the domestic and international research status of the related technical fields of flange bolt connection in deep water pipeline, emphatically analyzes the working principle and structural characteristics of the existing flange bolt connection working equipment abroad, summarizes and compares its advantages and disadvantages. To provide technical reference for the study of the subject. According to the requirements of the project, the overall scheme of the deep water pipeline connection machine is designed, and the machine and tools are determined by the bolt library, nut library and extender library, etc. According to the overall scheme, the form of the connection bolt is determined, and the pre-tightening method of the bolt is selected. By comparing and analyzing the calculation criterion of pipeline design and calculating the pretightening force of bolts needed for pipe flange seal, the operation flow of machine and tool connection is planned. The structure of tool library is designed in detail, and the working principle of clamping positioning mechanism, nut tightening mechanism, drawing module mechanism and circulating drawing mechanism are expounded. The 3D structure model of tool library is established by using Inventor software. The structural strength and stiffness of key parts are analyzed by finite element method. According to the actual requirements of the control of the machine and tools, the tool library control system is designed, the hydraulic control loop of the main movement mechanism is designed, the hardware of the electrical control system is determined, and the electrical control system is designed. Through the core principle test device, the comparison test of nut introduction is carried out, and the influence of relevant factors on nut introduction is analyzed. To verify the feasibility and reliability of the bolt introduced into the design scheme, to test the motor fluid resistance and the mechanical friction of the sleeve module, to reduce its adverse effect on the synchronicity of the nut sleeve rotation, and to complete the testing of the onshore connection of the machine and tools, The test process is recorded and analyzed, which provides a reference for the pool connection test of the prototype. Through the development of tool library for testing prototype of connecting machine and tools, this paper lays a foundation for the development of engineering prototype of flange bolt connection for deep-water pipeline in the future, and provides technical support for the operation of backjoint of deep-water pipeline.
