PC型單螺桿壓縮機型線設(shè)計及關(guān)鍵零部件制造實驗研究

【摘要】:PC型單螺桿壓縮機代表當前國際上第三代容積式壓縮機領(lǐng)域的最新技術(shù),星輪可以軸向移動自動補償嚙合副的磨損間隙,被認為是螺桿壓縮機中節(jié)能效果最好、壽命最長、壓縮性能最穩(wěn)定的類型。目前PC型單螺桿壓縮機僅日本和美國的兩家公司能夠生產(chǎn),并將該技術(shù)列為“21世紀的戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)品”,對其它國家嚴格保密,由于技術(shù)的壟斷,PC型單螺桿壓縮機的型線設(shè)計和核心制造技術(shù)沒有公開的文獻資料。提出一種新型適用的PC型單螺桿壓縮機嚙合型線,掌握擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的制造技術(shù),,是目前國內(nèi)壓縮機行業(yè)最為緊迫的問題。本文在綜合參考國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對CP型和CC型單螺桿壓縮機研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從嚙合原理和實驗研究兩方面初步探討了PC型單螺桿壓縮機型線設(shè)計及其關(guān)鍵零部件制造技術(shù)。 在分析PC型單螺桿壓縮機動態(tài)嚙合過程以及空間運動關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,建立圓錐和圓柱包絡(luò)母面的數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)出螺桿螺槽嚙合型線的數(shù)學(xué)表達式和一次包絡(luò)嚙合條件。利用反包絡(luò)求解方法,推導(dǎo)出星輪齒廓的二次包絡(luò)型線數(shù)學(xué)表達式和嚙合條件。按照型線設(shè)計的尺寸要求和工藝結(jié)構(gòu),推導(dǎo)出螺桿和星輪的設(shè)計參數(shù),使用MATLAB軟件編程計算圓錐和圓柱包絡(luò)嚙合副型線的離散點坐標,導(dǎo)入UG軟件中建立其空間共軛曲面,構(gòu)建其螺桿和星輪的三維模型。 利用光固化快速制造方法對PC型單螺桿壓縮機的螺桿與星輪進行快速成型制造實驗研究。調(diào)試并分析快速成型制造的螺桿和星輪,對比其理論設(shè)計參數(shù),嚙合曲面制造誤差小,星輪輪齒與螺槽側(cè)面實現(xiàn)無縫隙嚙合,輪齒在螺槽內(nèi)可以正;瑒樱炞C了型線設(shè)計和UG三維建模的正確性。 制訂了PC型單螺桿壓縮機螺槽五軸聯(lián)動包絡(luò)銑削加工工藝方案,按照DMU80T五軸聯(lián)動機床的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,對機床的軸運動進行求解,用VB語言編寫DMU80T機床后置處理程序。在VERICUT軟件中,按照螺桿實際加工過程進行虛擬加工仿真,仿真結(jié)果證明了圓錐和圓柱包絡(luò)嚙合副五軸聯(lián)動銑削加工的可行性。通過對PC型單螺桿壓縮機螺桿數(shù)控加工實驗,對比分析螺桿數(shù)控加工的實物模型和螺桿包絡(luò)理論設(shè)計模型以及VERICUT軟件仿真加工模型,驗證了VERICUT軟件虛擬加工螺桿的正確性,為實現(xiàn)螺桿的高效批量化生產(chǎn)提供了可能。
[Abstract]:The new technology of PC type single screw compressor represents the current international third generation volume compressor field, the star wheel can wear clearance automatic compensation axial movement of meshing pair, is considered the best energy-saving effect of screw compressor, the longest, the most stable type compression performance. The PC type single screw compressor only in Japan and the United States the two companies are able to produce, and the technology will be listed as a "strategic product" in twenty-first Century, strictly confidential to other countries, due to the monopoly of technology, line type PC type single screw compressor design and core manufacturing technology no open literature. Put forward a new application of PC type single screw compressor profile, master manufacturing technology with independent intellectual property rights, is currently the domestic compressor industry most urgent problems. This paper researches on the CP type and CC type single screw compressor in the domestic and foreign scholars On the basis of the two aspects of the meshing principle and experimental research, the design of the type PC single screw compressor and the manufacturing technology of the key parts are preliminarily discussed.
Based on the analysis of the dynamic meshing PC type single screw compressor and space motion relation, the mathematical model of the conical and cylindrical envelope of the mother, and then deduced the mathematical expressions of screw meshing profile and enveloping conditions. Using the method of solving inverse envelope, deduced the star gear profile two enveloping line mathematics the expression and meshing condition. According to the size requirements of line design and process structure, design parameters and push SCREW-SATELLITES derived coordinates of discrete points, using MATLAB software programming calculation of conical and cylindrical envelope meshing profile, the space of conjugate surfaces into UG software, construction of three-dimensional model of the screw and wheel.
Experimental study of rapid prototyping manufacturing method using fast curing of PC type single screw compressor and screw wheel. The debugging and analysis of rapid prototyping and manufacturing of screw and wheel, compared the theoretical design parameters, meshing surface error is small, the star wheel gear and the screw groove side to achieve a seamless meshing, the tooth in the screw groove can be normal slide, verify the correctness of the profile design and UG modeling.
For the PC type single screw compressor screw five axis envelope milling process, according to the structure characteristics of DMU80T five axis machine tool, for solving the axial movement of the machine, using VB language DMU80T postprocessor program. In VERICUT software, virtual machining simulation of screw according to the actual machining process, the simulation results show that the feasibility of conical and cylindrical envelope meshing of five axis milling. Based on a PC type single screw compressor screw NC machining experiment, comparison of physical model and screw envelope theory of processing screw analysis design model and VERICUT simulation model, to verify the VERICUT software of virtual machining screw, provides the possibility for efficient mass production of screw.
