【摘要】：為了加速實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代,研究人員對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計及生產(chǎn)工藝的變型設(shè)計方法的需求應運而生。隨著對人工智能及知識工程的深入研究,已經(jīng)為人類社會帶來了更多的工作便利。機械產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)過程中大量的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗以及由生產(chǎn)過程中反饋的設(shè)計問題所積累的經(jīng)驗知識,對于產(chǎn)品的高效設(shè)計和順利加工起到不可忽略的作用,在人工智能的推動下,使得企業(yè)解決產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計過程中需要的設(shè)計規(guī)范及專家經(jīng)驗模糊取值問題成為可能。因此,本文結(jié)合自組織理論,提出了基于知識工程的變型設(shè)計研究,旨在實現(xiàn)更加智能化的產(chǎn)品變型設(shè)計系統(tǒng)。 本文通過研究相關(guān)領(lǐng)域知識,主要工作內(nèi)容如下： (1)分析了變型設(shè)計在機械產(chǎn)品中的應用,總結(jié)了當前已有的變型設(shè)計方法,結(jié)合自組織理論給出了變型系統(tǒng)與自組織之間的映射關(guān)系。 (2)分析了變型設(shè)計過程的特點,結(jié)合自組織理論提出了適用于變型系統(tǒng)的層次化建模過程； (3)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品面對的不同對象進行目的性分類并給出了相應定義,并針對工具產(chǎn)品中的鈑金沖壓產(chǎn)品進行深入研究,分析了該產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,并給出了該類產(chǎn)品的模塊劃分； (4)構(gòu)建了鈑金沖壓產(chǎn)品的知識庫、數(shù)據(jù)庫,確定了該類產(chǎn)品變型過程中參數(shù)基元,結(jié)合自組織理論,改進了現(xiàn)有的CBR推理機制； (5)最后利用UGNX二次開發(fā)平臺,實現(xiàn)變型設(shè)計過程,驗證了文中所采用方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to speed up the upgrading of products, researchers' demand for variant design methods of product design and production process came into being. With the in-depth study of artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering, Has brought more work convenience for human society. Mechanical products in the production of a large number of design experience and from the production of feedback design problems accumulated empirical knowledge, It can not be ignored for the efficient design and smooth processing of the product. With the promotion of artificial intelligence, it is possible for enterprises to solve the problem of fuzzy value estimation of the design specification and expert experience needed in the design process of the product. Based on the theory of self-organization, this paper puts forward the research of variant design based on knowledge engineering, which aims to realize a more intelligent product variant design system. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. In this paper, the application of variant design in mechanical products is analyzed, the existing variant design methods are summarized, and the mapping relationship between variant system and self-organization is given in combination with self-organization theory. 2) the characteristics of the variant design process are analyzed, and the hierarchical modeling process suitable for the variant system is proposed based on the self-organization theory. (3) according to the different objects facing the products, the paper classifies the products purposefully and gives the corresponding definitions, and deeply studies the sheet metal stamping products in the tool products, analyzes the structural characteristics of the products, and gives the module partition of this kind of products. (4) the knowledge base and database of sheet metal stamping products are constructed, and the parameter primitives in the process of modification are determined. Combined with self-organization theory, the existing CBR reasoning mechanism is improved. Finally, the variant design process is realized by using UGNX secondary development platform, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
