多齒差內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵設(shè)計與開發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:齒輪泵作為機械傳動裝置的重要組成部分,在液壓傳動與控制技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。而內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵更是以其單位體積排量大、容積效率高、流量脈動小、整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等優(yōu)點受到行業(yè)內(nèi)的高度重視。因此深入研究內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵的型線設(shè)計、優(yōu)化、仿真、制造等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),對齒輪泵的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新有著重要意義。 本文以多齒差內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵為研究對象,從短副外擺線參數(shù)方程的分析入手,分別運用相對運動法和包絡(luò)法推導(dǎo)了擺線輪齒廓曲線方程。在對內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子基本參數(shù)和幾何尺寸歸納總結(jié)的同時,討論了齒廓幾何參數(shù)的限制條件,并對齒輪泵的嚙合特性及運動特性進行了深入分析,其中包括嚙合角、重合度、嚙合界限點、齒廓曲率半徑以及相對滑動系數(shù)等。 以單位體積排量最大為目標函數(shù),選取重合度、嚙合角和齒廓重迭干涉條件等齒輪泵的限制條件作為約束,以弧徑系數(shù)、創(chuàng)成系數(shù)、齒頂圓半徑系數(shù)和齒根圓半徑系數(shù)作為設(shè)計變量,建立多齒差內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵型線優(yōu)化模型,并運用MATLAB軟件編制了相應(yīng)的GUl人機交互窗口,使優(yōu)化設(shè)計操作更加方便快捷。通過對優(yōu)化前后齒輪泵流量特性的分析比較,驗證了優(yōu)化結(jié)果的合理性。 運用有限元仿真的方法對優(yōu)化后的齒輪泵模型進行CFD流體仿真及CFX流固耦合分析。流體仿真中運用動網(wǎng)格技術(shù),在得到齒輪泵內(nèi)流場分布情況的同時分析了不同流體速度、粘度下的流場變化規(guī)律。流固耦合主要通過模擬內(nèi)部組件與流體的相互耦合作用,分析內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子及其關(guān)鍵組件的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變情況,以期為轉(zhuǎn)子齒廓修形提供理論依據(jù)。 對內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子的精加工方法進行討論,在選定磨削為精加工方法的同時,針對具體情況,分析了展成磨削與成型磨削的利弊,并給出了磨削砂輪的形狀設(shè)計方案。論文的最后對內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子的齒形修正做了一定研究,選定轉(zhuǎn)角修正法為齒形修正方法,具體操作可根據(jù)難易程度,只對內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子中的一個進行修正,以期改善齒輪泵的傳動條件。 本文對多齒差內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵的研究主要包括:擺線輪齒廓型線設(shè)計、內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子基本參數(shù)的優(yōu)化分析、齒輪泵性能比較、模型的有限元仿真分析、內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子精加工方法及齒形修正研究。論文基本形成了一套較為系統(tǒng)的研究體系,能夠為多齒差內(nèi)嚙合擺線泵的設(shè)計制造及進一步研究提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Gear pump, as an important part of mechanical transmission, has been widely used in hydraulic transmission and control technology, while the inner meshing cycloid pump has the advantages of large displacement per unit volume, high volumetric efficiency and low flow pulsation. The advantages of compact structure are attached great importance to in the industry, so it is very important for the development and innovation of gear pump to study the key technologies such as profile design, optimization, simulation, manufacture and so on. This paper takes the multi-tooth difference inner meshing cycloid pump as the research object, starting with the analysis of the cycloid parameter equation of the short pair. The equations of tooth profile curve of cycloid gear are derived by using relative motion method and envelope method respectively. The limiting conditions of tooth profile geometric parameters are discussed while the basic parameters and geometric dimensions of inner and outer rotors are summarized and summarized. The meshing and motion characteristics of the gear pump are analyzed, including the meshing angle, the degree of coincidence, the meshing boundary point, the curvature radius of tooth profile and the relative slip coefficient. The maximum displacement per unit volume is taken as the objective function, and the limiting conditions of gear pump, such as overlap degree, mesh angle and overlap interference condition of tooth profile, are chosen as constraints, and the arc diameter coefficient and generating coefficient are taken as constraints. As the design variables, the radius coefficient of tooth top circle and the radius coefficient of tooth root circle are used as design variables to establish the optimization model of multi-tooth difference inner meshing cycloid pump profile, and the corresponding GUl man-machine interactive window is compiled by using MATLAB software. Through the analysis and comparison of the flow characteristics of the gear pump before and after optimization, the rationality of the optimization results is verified. The CFD fluid simulation and CFX fluid-structure coupling analysis of the optimized gear pump model are carried out by using finite element simulation method. In the fluid simulation, the flow field distribution in the gear pump is obtained and the different fluid velocity is analyzed by using the dynamic grid technology. By simulating the interaction between internal components and fluid, the stress and strain of internal and external rotors and their key components are analyzed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the tooth profile modification of rotors. The finishing machining method of inner and outer rotors is discussed. While grinding is selected as finishing method, the advantages and disadvantages of generating grinding and forming grinding are analyzed in the light of specific conditions. The shape design of grinding wheel is also given. Finally, the tooth profile correction of internal and external rotor is studied, and the method of angle correction is selected as the tooth shape correction method, which can be operated according to the degree of difficulty and ease. Only one of the inner and outer rotors is modified in order to improve the transmission conditions of the gear pump. In this paper, the research of multi-tooth difference internal meshing cycloid pump mainly includes: cycloidal gear profile profile design, internal and external rotor basic parameters optimization analysis, gear pump performance comparison, finite element simulation analysis of the model. The paper has formed a systematic research system, which can provide certain theoretical basis for the design, manufacture and further research of multi-tooth difference internal meshing cycloid pump.
