齒輪泵困油過(guò)程的分析及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本課題對(duì)齒輪泵的困油過(guò)程做了研究,主要進(jìn)行了理論分析、UG三維建模、FLUENT壓力流場(chǎng)分析、實(shí)驗(yàn)研究等方面的探索。本文首先對(duì)齒輪泵的瞬時(shí)流量及容積效率進(jìn)行分析,并建立了齒輪泵困油容積變化規(guī)律方程,得出困油容積變化曲線近似為二次函數(shù)的結(jié)論。然后通過(guò)三維軟件UG對(duì)齒輪泵進(jìn)行建模,分析齒輪泵困油面積的變化規(guī)律,利用4ATLAB對(duì)所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行多項(xiàng)式擬合,得到了齒輪泵困油面積變化規(guī)律曲線,并利用所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)根據(jù)液體體積彈性模量公式得到困油壓力在理論上的變化規(guī)律曲線;通過(guò)FLUENT對(duì)齒輪泵困油區(qū)域的壓力場(chǎng)進(jìn)行仿真,得到齒輪泵困油壓力變化云圖。設(shè)計(jì)液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,以仿真結(jié)果為依據(jù),對(duì)齒輪泵進(jìn)行改裝,將卸荷槽用所設(shè)計(jì)的蓋板擋住,通過(guò)UG確定在困油區(qū)域壓縮過(guò)程中所設(shè)計(jì)孔的位置,并進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的搭建,對(duì)齒輪泵困油區(qū)域壓縮過(guò)程的油液進(jìn)行實(shí)際測(cè)量。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析可知,在空載時(shí)所測(cè)流量與理論流量相差較大,說(shuō)明改裝后齒輪泵容積效率比較低,困油區(qū)域的油液并沒(méi)有通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)的油路完全排出,除了存在泄漏以外,還與齒輪泵工作工程中產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)有關(guān);通過(guò)加載實(shí)驗(yàn)所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,壓力較低時(shí),所測(cè)油液的體積變化較平緩,隨著壓力的調(diào)高,所測(cè)油液的體積越來(lái)越小,并且數(shù)值波動(dòng)較大,說(shuō)明壓力的變化對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果產(chǎn)生較大影響,所測(cè)流量也隨著壓力的升高減小的越來(lái)越快。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the process of gear pump is studied, and the theoretical analysis of UG 3D modeling and fluent pressure flow field analysis, experimental study and so on are carried out. Firstly, the instantaneous flow rate and volumetric efficiency of gear pump are analyzed in this paper. The equation of the change law of the trapped oil volume of gear pump is established, and the conclusion that the change curve of the trapped oil volume is approximate to the quadratic function is obtained. Then, the gear pump is modeled by UG software, and the variation law of the trapped oil area of the gear pump is analyzed. By polynomial fitting of the measured data by 4MATLAB, the curve of the variation law of the trapped oil area of the gear pump is obtained, and the theoretical variation curve of the trapped oil pressure is obtained by using the measured data according to the formula of the volume elastic modulus of the liquid. The pressure field of gear pump is simulated by FLUENT, and the change of gear pump pressure is obtained. Based on the simulation results, the hydraulic system principle diagram is designed and the gear pump is refitted to block the unloading slot with the designed cover plate. Through UG to determine the position of the designed hole in the compression process of the trapped oil area, and to build the experimental bench, to measure the oil in the compression process of the gear pump, and to process and analyze the data obtained from the experiment. The difference between the measured flow rate and the theoretical flow rate in the absence of load shows that the volume efficiency of the modified gear pump is relatively low, and the oil in the trapped oil area is not completely discharged through the designed oil path, except for the leakage. Through the analysis of the data measured in the loading experiment, the volume change of the measured oil is more gentle when the pressure is lower, and the volume of the oil measured becomes smaller and smaller with the increase of the pressure. The variation of pressure has a great influence on the experimental results, and the measured flow rate decreases more and more rapidly with the increase of pressure.
