【摘要】：索道運(yùn)輸作為輸電線路中一種新的運(yùn)輸方式,具有成本低、施工方便,不受氣候影響等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)在輸電線路施工中廣泛應(yīng)用。但貨運(yùn)索道小車需依靠人力進(jìn)行脫掛索,研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)貨運(yùn)索道小車的自動(dòng)脫掛索是貨運(yùn)索道自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的行走小車結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),融合鋰電式?jīng)_擊扳手和紅外感應(yīng)技術(shù)、以單片機(jī)為直流電機(jī)控制器,對(duì)貨運(yùn)索道小車進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,優(yōu)化后的自動(dòng)脫掛索小車能夠穩(wěn)定地應(yīng)用于環(huán)境變化的復(fù)雜野外工作場所。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of transport in transmission lines, cableway transportation has many advantages, such as low cost, convenient construction, and not affected by climate. It has been widely used in transmission line construction, but the cargo cableway trolley needs to rely on manpower to take off the cable. The research and realization of the automatic cable removal of the freight ropeway car is the key to the automatic operation of the freight ropeway. By optimizing the structure of the traditional walking trolley, the lithium electric impact wrench and infrared induction technology are combined. The single chip microcomputer is used as the DC motor controller to improve the freight ropeway trolley. The experiment shows that the optimized automatic cable car can be applied to the complex field work place of environment change stably.
