伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)的二自由度九桿機(jī)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著伺服電機(jī)和伺服控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展,伺服壓力機(jī)也得到迅猛發(fā)展。其以傳統(tǒng)壓力機(jī)無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì),即高精度、高柔性、高效率及低噪音、低能耗等特點(diǎn),已經(jīng)被廣大的用戶所青睞,且各種商品化的伺服壓力機(jī)也相繼問(wèn)世。 然而,縱觀國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的伺服壓力機(jī)研發(fā)概況,大多集中在中低速伺服壓力機(jī)的研發(fā)階段,而高速伺服壓力機(jī)的研發(fā)目前還幾乎處于空白階段,特別是高速伺服壓力機(jī)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的研究目前還甚少。因此,本文提出一種可用于高速伺服壓力機(jī)的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),即伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)的二自由度九桿機(jī)構(gòu),并對(duì)該機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,為今后開發(fā)高速伺服壓力機(jī)提供傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)選型和理論參考。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 首先,建立伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)的二自由度九桿機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析,即通過(guò)建立該機(jī)構(gòu)的三個(gè)閉合回路矢量方程,求解出各桿件的角度、角速度及角加速度方程,滑塊的位移、速度及加速度方程。進(jìn)一步研究該機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性及桿件結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸對(duì)滑塊運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線的影響提供數(shù)學(xué)參考。 其次,系統(tǒng)的研究了該二自由度九桿機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性。即研究了兩曲柄在同步驅(qū)動(dòng)條件下,曲柄1、2初始相位差對(duì)滑塊運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線的影響及兩曲柄在異步驅(qū)動(dòng)條件下,,曲柄2加載速度脈沖對(duì)滑塊運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線的影響。 緊接著,研究了各桿件結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的變化對(duì)滑塊運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線的影響。即將二自由度九桿機(jī)構(gòu)分解成平面五桿機(jī)構(gòu)與三角肘桿機(jī)構(gòu),分別研究了平面五桿機(jī)構(gòu)和三角肘桿機(jī)構(gòu)中,各桿件結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的變化,對(duì)滑塊行程、速度及兩曲柄扭矩分布和載荷放大比的影響。為今后具體樣機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)的開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)和參考。 最后,總結(jié)全文,并對(duì)今后的進(jìn)一步深入研究提出展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the development of servo motor and servo control technology , servo press has developed rapidly . It has the advantages of high precision , high flexibility , high efficiency , low noise , low energy consumption and so on . However , the research and development of the existing servo press at home and abroad is mostly focused on the development stage of medium and low speed servo press , and the research and development of high - speed servo press is still in the blank phase , especially the research of high - speed servo press transmission mechanism . Therefore , this paper proposes a kind of transmission mechanism which can be used in high - speed servo press , that is , servo - driven two - degree - of - freedom nine - bar mechanism , and carries out systematic research on the mechanism , so as to provide the selection and theory reference for transmission mechanism of high - speed servo press in the future . Firstly , the mathematical model of the two - degree - of - freedom nine - bar mechanism driven by servo is established , and the kinematics analysis of the model is carried out , that is , through the establishment of three closed loop vector equations of the mechanism , the angle , angular velocity and angular acceleration equation of each rod are solved , the displacement , velocity and acceleration equation of the slide block are solved . Secondly , the motion characteristics of the two - degree - of - freedom nine - bar mechanism are studied systematically . The influence of the initial phase difference of the crank 1 and 2 on the motion curve of the sliding block and the influence of the crank 2 loading speed pulse on the motion curve of the slider are studied under the condition of synchronous driving . In this paper , the influence of the change of the dimension of each rod structure on the moving curve of the sliding block is studied . The two - degree - of - freedom nine - bar mechanism is decomposed into five - bar mechanism and triangle - toggle lever mechanism , and the influence of the structure size of each rod in the five - bar mechanism and the triangle - toggle lever mechanism is studied , and the influence of the stroke , speed and the torque distribution and the load - amplification ratio of the two cranks are studied . Finally , the text is summarized and the prospect of further study in the future is put forward .
