【摘要】：在科學(xué)技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的當(dāng)今時(shí)代,產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新已成為決定企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的主要因素,而產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新重點(diǎn)是設(shè)計(jì)方法的創(chuàng)新。本文主要是在研究現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)信息加工原理,以人的認(rèn)知與理解方式為基點(diǎn),考察了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品演化過程中的心理表征與思維處理形式,結(jié)合大腦工作原理、人工智能、計(jì)算機(jī)處理文本信息、圖式信息的過程與特點(diǎn),將機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程視為信息表征與信息處理過程,并據(jù)此提出基于信息加工原理的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程CAD原理與框架,同時(shí)構(gòu)建了人機(jī)交互的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的信息處理系統(tǒng)。 根據(jù)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程中信息表征形式及信息處理方法不同,將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程劃分為三個(gè)階段,即文本處理、文本與圖形轉(zhuǎn)換、圖式表征下的性能優(yōu)化。本文主要利用人工智能、文本分詞技術(shù)、特征提取、特征降維、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度算法、編程技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)、API技術(shù)、基于輔助基準(zhǔn)及參數(shù)化的設(shè)計(jì)方法、基于輔助基準(zhǔn)的裝配方法等知識(shí),以Visual Basic、Solidworks、Access軟件為設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),在計(jì)算機(jī)上完成上述三個(gè)階段信息的傳遞與轉(zhuǎn)換,這也是本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。 本文以上述理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有商業(yè)軟件,開發(fā)出基于信息加工的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)CAD系統(tǒng),并以土方機(jī)械及連桿機(jī)構(gòu)為例進(jìn)行了軟件實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了利用人機(jī)交互完成機(jī)械產(chǎn)品整個(gè)過程的設(shè)計(jì),表明了該原理與技術(shù)的可行性,表明該方法具有較大的優(yōu)越性,在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域中有著廣泛應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of science and technology, product innovation has become the main factor that determines the survival and development of enterprises, and the emphasis of product innovation is the innovation of design methods. Based on the principle of information processing and the way of human cognition and understanding, this paper investigates the psychological representation and thinking processing in the evolution of mechanical products, combining with the working principle of brain, artificial intelligence and computer processing of text information. Based on the process and characteristics of schematic information, the process of mechanical product design is regarded as the process of information representation and information processing, and the CAD principle and framework of mechanical product design process based on the principle of information processing are put forward. At the same time, a human-computer interactive information processing system for mechanical product design is constructed. According to the different information representation forms and information processing methods in the process of mechanical product design, the product design process is divided into three stages: text processing, text and graphic transformation. This paper mainly uses artificial intelligence, text segmentation technology, feature extraction, feature reduction, gray correlation algorithm, programming technology, database technology and API technology, based on auxiliary benchmarks and parameterized design methods, Based on the knowledge of assembly method of auxiliary datum, the information transfer and transformation of the above three stages are completed on the computer on the platform of Visual basic Solidworks-access software, which is also the main content of this paper. Under the guidance of the above theory and using the existing commercial software, a mechanical product design CAD system based on information processing is developed in this paper, and the software is implemented by taking earthmoving machinery and connecting rod mechanism as examples. The design of the whole process of mechanical product by man-machine interaction is realized, the feasibility of the principle and technology is demonstrated, and the superiority of this method is proved, which has a wide application prospect in the field of mechanical design.
