橋式起重機(jī)箱型主梁制造CAPP系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:計算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計CAPP系統(tǒng)在制造中的應(yīng)用,改變了制造工藝制定的方式、方法、效率。開發(fā)橋式起重機(jī)箱型主梁制造CAPP系統(tǒng),在保證主梁質(zhì)量的同時縮短生產(chǎn)周期,提高生產(chǎn)制造主梁的效率。 本文將創(chuàng)成式和派生式兩種方式結(jié)合起來,在對主梁制造工藝具體的分析和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了橋式起重機(jī)箱型主梁制造CAPP系統(tǒng)的程序設(shè)計。本文完成了CAPP系統(tǒng)中工藝數(shù)據(jù)的管理,焊接工藝卡片的實(shí)現(xiàn)和工藝設(shè)計流程的建立。 本系統(tǒng)以VC++為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工具,Micrsoft Office Access為訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫,,ADO為數(shù)據(jù)庫存取技術(shù),采用模塊化原理進(jìn)行總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,建立了工藝流程設(shè)計,焊接工藝卡片的生成和友好的軟件界面。 本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時,實(shí)現(xiàn)了人機(jī)對話功能,制造工藝設(shè)計和焊接工藝卡片的輸出等功能。本文的研究成果可以加快橋式起重機(jī)箱型制造工藝的設(shè)計速度,提高橋式起重機(jī)箱型主梁制造的工藝設(shè)計效率、質(zhì)量和通用性,為橋式起重機(jī)箱型主梁制造的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和最優(yōu)化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The application of computer aided process planning (CAPP) system in manufacturing has changed the way, method and efficiency of manufacturing process. The development of CAPP system for bridge crane box girder can ensure the quality of main girder and shorten the production period. Improve the efficiency of manufacturing the main beam. In this paper, the generative and derivative methods are combined, on the basis of the concrete analysis and research of the main beam manufacturing technology, The CAPP system of bridge crane box girder manufacturing is programmed. The management of process data in CAPP system, the realization of welding process card and the establishment of process design flow are completed in this paper. This system uses VC as the system development tool, Micrsoft Office Access as the database access technology, adopts the modularization principle to carry on the overall structure design, has established the technological process design, the welding craft card generation and the friendly software interface. When the system is running, the functions of man-machine dialogue, manufacturing process design and welding process card output are realized. The research results of this paper can accelerate the design speed of bridge crane box manufacturing process. The process design efficiency, quality and versatility of box girder manufacturing of bridge crane are improved, which lays a foundation for standardization and optimization of box girder manufacture of bridge crane.
