基于成組技術(shù)的CAPP系統(tǒng)在DVR機(jī)加工車間的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境已經(jīng)發(fā)生了巨大的變化。傳統(tǒng)的運作方式已不能滿足市場的需求,企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,企業(yè)必須運用信息化技術(shù)來增強(qiáng)自己的競爭力。 本文研究了計算機(jī)輔助工藝過程設(shè)計(Computer Aided Process Planning,CAPP)和成組技術(shù)的理論知識以及應(yīng)用成果,發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)應(yīng)用這兩種技術(shù)降低成本、提高工藝設(shè)計效率有顯著的成效。因此,本文將兩者相結(jié)合,以成組技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),利用零件的相似性原理進(jìn)行計算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計。 本文根據(jù)迪威爾(DVR)企業(yè)機(jī)加工車間對于CAPP系統(tǒng)的實際需求,以成組技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合編碼技術(shù),搭建了符合企業(yè)需求的CAPP系統(tǒng)平臺。其主要的研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)采用OPITZ編碼系統(tǒng)對零件編碼,建立零件組相似特征矩陣,利用編碼法和相似度評價判斷零件組。(2)建立實例工藝庫,對于多條工藝路線采用ELECTREⅢ方法進(jìn)行多工藝路線的擇優(yōu)選擇。(3)建立典型工藝庫,根據(jù)零件編碼調(diào)用相應(yīng)零件組的典型工藝,進(jìn)行修改后完成新工藝。(4)建立工藝資源庫,根據(jù)工藝資源人機(jī)交互地完成新工藝。通過以上的研究工作,構(gòu)建了DVR機(jī)加工車間的CAPP系統(tǒng),提高了工藝設(shè)計的效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the business environment of enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. The traditional operation mode can no longer meet the needs of the market, and enterprises are facing severe challenges. Enterprises must use information technology to enhance their competitiveness. In this paper, the theoretical knowledge and application results of computer Aided Process planning (CAPP) and group technology are studied. It is found that the application of these two technologies in mechanical manufacturing enterprises can reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of process planning. In this paper, the computer aided process planning is carried out based on group technology and the similarity principle of parts. According to the actual demand for CAPP system in the machining workshop of Dewey, this paper is based on group technology and combined with coding technology. The main research contents of this platform are as follows: 1) using OPITZ coding system to encode parts, set up the similarity characteristic matrix of parts group, and use coding method and similarity evaluation to judge part group.
