大型風(fēng)電機(jī)組主軸軸承故障分析及疲勞壽命數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:隨著傳統(tǒng)能源日益枯竭和污染日益加重,風(fēng)能作為一種綠色能源受到普遍重視。而當(dāng)前多數(shù)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組具有較高故障率,降低了運(yùn)行可靠性,其中,主軸軸承疲勞所引起的破壞性故障損失較大。主軸軸承多為雙列調(diào)心滾子軸承。采用計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字模擬技術(shù),對風(fēng)機(jī)主軸軸承進(jìn)行了壽命預(yù)測分析,了解失效機(jī)理,為臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)提供了一定的理論依據(jù),對預(yù)測其故障的發(fā)生有著非常重要的意義。本論文主要有以下幾方面內(nèi)容: 首先,分析了風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)主軸軸承的工作特點(diǎn)、主軸軸承的故障類型以及故障原因。通過分析,由交變載荷所引起的接觸疲勞是風(fēng)機(jī)主軸軸承故障的重要原因,并對計(jì)算疲勞壽命的方法和理論進(jìn)行了分析和研究。 對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)所受載荷的分類和來源進(jìn)行了分析,由空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)入手,對額定風(fēng)速下風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)輪和葉片的載荷進(jìn)行了研究,對風(fēng)機(jī)傳動(dòng)鏈中的主軸進(jìn)行抽象簡化,根據(jù)貝茨理論以及葉素理論等,推導(dǎo)出風(fēng)機(jī)主軸承所受的軸向載荷和徑向載荷。 應(yīng)用有限元分析軟件,考慮了軸承的過盈裝配的影響,對風(fēng)機(jī)主軸軸承進(jìn)行建模和靜力學(xué)應(yīng)力分析,確定了主軸軸承的最大等效應(yīng)力和接觸應(yīng)力的位置以及大小。以主軸軸承有限元分析得到的應(yīng)力結(jié)果為條件,采用名義應(yīng)力法和線性疲勞累積損傷理論,對風(fēng)機(jī)主軸軸承進(jìn)行了壽命預(yù)測,仿真結(jié)果得出了主軸軸承疲勞強(qiáng)度薄弱處以及疲勞壽命。
[Abstract]:With the increasing depletion of traditional energy and the increasing pollution of wind energy , wind energy has been paid more attention as a kind of green energy source . Firstly , the working characteristics of the main shaft bearing of the wind power generator , the type of failure of the main shaft bearing and the cause of failure are analyzed . Through the analysis , the contact fatigue caused by the alternating load is an important cause of the failure of the main shaft bearing of the fan , and the method and the theory for calculating the fatigue life are analyzed and studied . Based on the analysis of the classification and source of the load applied to the wind power generator , the load of the wind wheel and the blade of the fan under the rated wind speed is studied by aerodynamics , and the axial load and the radial load of the main bearing of the wind turbine are deduced according to the theory of the Betz theory and the blade theory . Based on the finite element analysis software , the influence of the interference fit of the bearing is taken into consideration , the maximum equal effect force of the main shaft bearing and the position and the size of the contact stress are determined by the modeling and the static stress analysis of the main shaft bearing of the fan . The fatigue strength of the main shaft bearing is predicted by the nominal stress method and the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory , and the fatigue life of the main shaft bearing is obtained .
