滾柱式超越離合器關(guān)鍵零件力學(xué)分析及結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)的研究

【摘要】:滾柱式超越離合器由于其重量輕、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、工作可靠性高成為國(guó)產(chǎn)某型車(chē)載機(jī)械增壓器的重要傳動(dòng)元件。本研究針超越離合器出現(xiàn)的多種失效問(wèn)題,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論采用有限元方法,通過(guò)對(duì)離合器傳動(dòng)元件和壓緊元件的計(jì)算、分析、優(yōu)選、改進(jìn)等一系列工作,順利的完成了相關(guān)元件結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)選及改進(jìn),優(yōu)選及改進(jìn)后的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過(guò)臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)和強(qiáng)化路試的檢驗(yàn),完全滿足車(chē)增壓器的使用要求。 本文首先詳細(xì)介紹了超越離合器發(fā)展、工作原理、種類及使用特點(diǎn)。詳細(xì)分析了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主軸高頻扭振工況下超越離合器各種的失效形式的原因,提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,并簡(jiǎn)要的介紹了有限元方法在工程中的使用。 對(duì)于超越離合器過(guò)度磨損造成失效問(wèn)題,從傳動(dòng)元件的接觸應(yīng)力入手,詳細(xì)分析了三種不同傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。從多角度出發(fā),優(yōu)選適合的結(jié)構(gòu),并經(jīng)過(guò)臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)及強(qiáng)化路試檢驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了有限元分析結(jié)果的正確性和優(yōu)選結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性,并以所建立的有限元模型為基礎(chǔ),研究了降低超越離合器傳動(dòng)元件接觸應(yīng)力的有效途徑,為后續(xù)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)提供相關(guān)指導(dǎo)。 針對(duì)非磨損狀況下的打滑失效,通過(guò)對(duì)三種壓緊異形彈簧元件的計(jì)算分析,找出了已有結(jié)構(gòu)的不足之處,通過(guò)增加有效圈數(shù)和降低螺旋升角改進(jìn)了壓緊元件的結(jié)構(gòu),,并經(jīng)過(guò)臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)及路試結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性和可靠性。 最終通過(guò)上述的研究工作,順利的完成了機(jī)械增壓器用超越離合器的選配及改進(jìn)工作。本文的研究成果表明:對(duì)于類似于超越離合器的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件,通過(guò)有限元計(jì)算分析結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)的方法,可以有效的避免試驗(yàn)樣本間差異造成誤差,高效、準(zhǔn)確、快速的優(yōu)選出最佳的設(shè)計(jì)方案,降低研發(fā)成本,縮短研發(fā)周期。
[Abstract]:Roller overrunning clutch has become an important transmission element of a certain type of vehicle mechanical supercharger because of its light weight, stable transmission and high working reliability. In this paper, a variety of failure problems occurred in the needle overrunning clutch are studied. Combined with the theory of finite element method, by calculating, analyzing, selecting, improving and so on, the optimization and improvement of the structure of the relevant components are successfully completed. The optimized and improved products have been tested by bench test and strengthened road test, which fully meet the requirements of vehicle supercharger. In this paper, the development, working principle, types and application characteristics of overrunning clutch are introduced in detail, and the causes of various failure modes of overrunning clutch under high frequency torsional vibration of engine spindle are analyzed in detail. The corresponding solutions are put forward, and the application of finite element method in engineering is briefly introduced. For the failure of overrunning clutch caused by excessive wear, three kinds of different transmission structures are analyzed in detail from the contact stress of transmission elements. From many angles, the suitable structure is selected. The validity of the finite element analysis results and the reliability of the optimal structure are verified by the bench test and the strengthened road test, and based on the established finite element model. The effective way to reduce contact stress of overrunning clutch transmission element is studied, which provides relevant guidance for further research and design. Aiming at the sliding failure under the condition of non-wear, through the calculation and analysis of three kinds of compaction special-shaped spring elements, the deficiency of the existing structure is found out. The structure of the compaction element is improved by increasing the number of effective cycles and reducing the spiral rising angle, and the rationality and reliability of the structure are verified by bench test and road test results. Finally, through the above research work, the selection and improvement of the overrunning clutch for the mechanical supercharger is successfully completed. The research results in this paper show that: for the non-standard parts similar to the overrunning clutch. Through the finite element analysis combined with the traditional test method, can effectively avoid the error caused by the differences between the test samples, efficient, accurate, rapid and optimal selection of the best design plan, reduce the cost of research and development. Shorten R & D cycle.
