基于LABVIEW的高壓高速液壓馬達試驗系統(tǒng)研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的液壓馬達試驗臺測試系統(tǒng)大多是針對通用工業(yè)液壓馬達或者工程機械上的液壓馬達而設(shè)計的,其面向的對象是高壓低速或者低壓高速液壓馬達,不能很好的滿足高壓高速液壓馬達性能測試需要。本課題針對某高壓高速液壓馬達的試驗需求,研制開發(fā)了液壓試驗臺及基于Labview的性能測試系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠在35MPa高壓,12000r/min高速下進行該型液壓馬達各項型式試驗項目和定期試驗項目。 本文在對國內(nèi)外液壓測試技術(shù)和液壓馬達試驗臺現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,首先,針對該型高壓高速液壓馬達的運行特點,即最高35MPa、12000r/min,正常21MPa、8800r/min的工作要求,對試驗系統(tǒng)進行了詳細分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對液壓系統(tǒng)和測試系統(tǒng)進行了總體設(shè)計。其次,詳細闡述了液壓系統(tǒng)的工作原理,包括油源和拖動部分、油溫控制部分、換向部分、加載部分等。然后設(shè)計了測試系統(tǒng)的硬件組成并開發(fā)了基于Labview試驗臺測試軟件系統(tǒng)。為了解決測試系統(tǒng)雙輸入雙輸出的控制穩(wěn)定性問題、研究了基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的自適應(yīng)PID算法,優(yōu)化了控制特性。 最后在本課題所開發(fā)的試驗臺上對該型液壓馬達進行了耐久試驗、長期循環(huán)試驗、脈沖試驗等性能測試項目。試驗驗證,該系統(tǒng)功能和各項技術(shù)指標達到了設(shè)計要求,滿足了工作需要。
[Abstract]:The traditional hydraulic motor test bench test system is mostly designed for general industrial hydraulic motor or hydraulic motor on construction machinery, and its target is high pressure low speed or low pressure high speed hydraulic motor. Can not meet the high pressure high speed hydraulic motor performance testing needs. This topic is aimed at a high pressure high speed hydraulic motor test requirements. The hydraulic test bench and the performance test system based on Labview are developed. The system can be used at 35MPa high pressure. All types of test items and periodic test items of this type hydraulic motor are carried out at high speed of 12000r / min. Based on the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign hydraulic testing technology and hydraulic motor test bench, firstly, aiming at the operation characteristics of this type of high pressure and high speed hydraulic motor, that is, up to 35 MPA. A detailed analysis of the test system was made for 12000r / min, normal 21MPA / 8800rmin working requirements. On this basis, the hydraulic system and the test system are designed. Secondly, the working principle of the hydraulic system is described in detail, including the oil source and drag part, oil temperature control part, commutation part. Then the hardware structure of the test system is designed and the test software system based on Labview is developed. In order to solve the control stability problem of the test system with two inputs and two outputs. The adaptive PID algorithm based on neural network is studied, and the control characteristics are optimized. Finally, the durability test, long cycle test, pulse test and other performance tests of this type hydraulic motor are carried out on the test bench developed in this paper. The system functions and various technical specifications meet the design requirements and meet the needs of the work.
