【摘要】：機械設(shè)備管理是企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理的重要的內(nèi)容,機械設(shè)備管理的直接效果對企業(yè)在市場中競爭力的影響至關(guān)重要,特別是對于國有大中型企業(yè),隨著我國經(jīng)濟體制改革的進一步深化和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)國際地位的逐步提升,企業(yè)已由生產(chǎn)型向生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營型轉(zhuǎn)變。在新的體制下,鋼鐵企業(yè)要在激烈的市場競爭中求生存、求發(fā)展,就必須突破傳統(tǒng)的管理理念,制定合適的管理模式,及時調(diào)整經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)適銷對路的產(chǎn)品和依靠科技進步降低成本,并通過不斷提高設(shè)備精度完善功能,減少產(chǎn)品制造成本,提高市場競爭力,這一發(fā)展趨勢必將更加顯現(xiàn)設(shè)備管理的重要性。 本文結(jié)合包鋼無縫鋼管廠實際情況,首先對本廠當前設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀進行了闡述,其次對包鋼無縫鋼管廠設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,提出存在的問題,并從設(shè)備管理的重要性、作用及如何實施設(shè)備管理進行了針對性地論述,最后根據(jù)該廠設(shè)備存在的問題來闡述一些對策和看法。
[Abstract]:Mechanical equipment management is an important part of the internal management of enterprises, the direct effect of equipment management is very important to the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, especially for large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, as China's economic system reform further deepening and the industrial production gradually raise the international status of the enterprise has changed from production to production and business. Under the new system, the iron and steel enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, we must break through the traditional management concept, formulate appropriate management mode, adjust business strategy, optimize product structure, develop marketable products and rely on scientific and technological progress to reduce the cost, and by improving the precision of equipment improvement function, reduce manufacturing cost, improve the market competitiveness, will this trend more apparent the importance of equipment management.
Based on the actual situation of the seamless tube plant, the first of the factory of the equipment management are described, and then analyses the present situation of the equipment management of Baotou steel seamless steel tube plant, puts forward the existing problems, and from the importance of equipment management, and how to implement the management of equipment in detail, finally according to the factory the problem of equipment to elaborate some suggestions and opinions.
