【摘要】:Petri網(wǎng)是自動(dòng)制造系統(tǒng)建模與分析的有效工具。在自動(dòng)制造系統(tǒng)建模與分析的初始階段,利用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)分析系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)是有效且可靠的方法。本文依據(jù)成熟的Petri網(wǎng)模型并結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué)中圖形動(dòng)畫(huà)的基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí),結(jié)合.NET框架下的C#編程語(yǔ)言和Managed DirectX圖形應(yīng)用程序接口,對(duì)自動(dòng)制造系統(tǒng)及其基于Petri網(wǎng)的一種控制策略在可編程圖形環(huán)境下進(jìn)行仿真。 本文的主要內(nèi)容:介紹了Petri網(wǎng)和自動(dòng)制造系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)以及三維實(shí)時(shí)渲染技術(shù);采用Petri網(wǎng)對(duì)自動(dòng)制造系統(tǒng)模型動(dòng)態(tài)驅(qū)動(dòng)的可視化仿真思想,分別給出了自動(dòng)制造系統(tǒng)演化及其Petri網(wǎng)模型死鎖控制策略之一的可視化仿真方法;通過(guò)實(shí)例分析驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)思想和仿真方法的可行性。 本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了以Petri網(wǎng)的狀態(tài)變化驅(qū)動(dòng)自動(dòng)制造系統(tǒng)模型的實(shí)時(shí)演化,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了死鎖控制策略的可視化,將抽象的Petri網(wǎng)狀態(tài)演化和死鎖控制策略表現(xiàn)得更為直觀、易懂。
[Abstract]:Petri net is an effective tool for modeling and analysis of automatic manufacturing system. It is an effective and reliable method to use computer simulation technology to analyze the performance of the system. Based on the mature Petri net model and the basic theoretical knowledge of graphics animation in computer graphics. Combines the C # programming language under the .NET Framework with the Managed DirectX graphical application interface. The automatic manufacturing system and a control strategy based on Petri net are simulated in programmable graphics environment. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the basic knowledge of Petri net and automatic manufacturing system and the technology of 3D real-time rendering are introduced. Based on the idea of dynamic driving of automatic manufacturing system model based on Petri net, the visual simulation method of automatic manufacturing system evolution and one of the deadlock control strategies of Petri net model are presented. The feasibility of the design idea and simulation method is verified by an example. In this paper, the real-time evolution of automatic manufacturing system model driven by state change of Petri net is realized, and the visualization of deadlock control strategy is realized. Abstract Petri net state evolution and deadlock control strategy are more intuitive and easy to understand.
