考慮懸索效應(yīng)的全地面起重機(jī)超起模型研究

【摘要】:超起裝置是為了提高伸縮臂起重機(jī)在變幅平面和回轉(zhuǎn)平面內(nèi)的承載能力而在吊臂安裝的一種支撐裝置。作業(yè)時(shí)通過(guò)預(yù)緊超起張索使之與超起撐桿和吊臂形成了一個(gè)三角形穩(wěn)定結(jié)構(gòu),從而改善吊臂的受力狀態(tài)。國(guó)外全地面起重機(jī)超起技術(shù)相對(duì)已經(jīng)成熟,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)超起技術(shù)的研究還比較少,對(duì)超起張索對(duì)吊臂性能的影響機(jī)理認(rèn)識(shí)尚不清楚,在相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中極少有詳細(xì)論述及研究成果發(fā)表,因此在進(jìn)行全地面起重機(jī)研發(fā)中無(wú)據(jù)可依,鑒于此種情況有必要開(kāi)展這方面的研究。 在考慮了超起張索懸索效應(yīng)的基礎(chǔ)上把懸鏈線理論引入到了全地面起重機(jī)超起裝置的研究中,根據(jù)此理論建立了超起裝置的計(jì)算模型,對(duì)超起裝置對(duì)主臂影響機(jī)理進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)深入地研究,主要內(nèi)容如下: 1)深入研究超起裝置的工作原理,鑒于把超起張索簡(jiǎn)化為二力桿存在的缺陷,本文考慮了超起張索的懸索效應(yīng),基于懸鏈線理論及其基本假設(shè)對(duì)超起張索進(jìn)行模型簡(jiǎn)化和受力分析,建立基于懸鏈線方程的超起張索的求解模型。 2)研究超起張索有限元模型簡(jiǎn)化和計(jì)算問(wèn)題,針對(duì)超起張索幾何非線性大變形特性,本文在研究了超起張索特性和懸鏈線理論的基礎(chǔ)上,用抗彎剛度較弱的梁?jiǎn)卧⒘顺饛埶饔邢拊P筒⑦M(jìn)行了非線性計(jì)算。以此結(jié)果與懸鏈線方程進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,并討論了模型參數(shù)對(duì)結(jié)果的影響,通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了模型的可行性。 3)闡述了超起張索線形與預(yù)緊力和預(yù)緊角度的關(guān)系,以吊臂整體應(yīng)力和銷(xiāo)孔局部應(yīng)力為評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則,通過(guò)算例定量地得出了超起張索線形對(duì)主臂和超起張索受力影響曲線,在定量結(jié)果的背景下論述了影響規(guī)律。 對(duì)結(jié)果研究表明,考慮懸索效應(yīng)的超起張索線形對(duì)吊臂性能有著深刻的影響作用,同時(shí)研究成果應(yīng)用到了與企業(yè)合作的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目——TZQAY500t全地面起重機(jī)研發(fā)中,為全地面起重機(jī)超起裝置研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論參考,在工程起重機(jī)領(lǐng)域類(lèi)似結(jié)構(gòu)中具有一定的普遍意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:An overlift is a support device installed on the boom to enhance the load-carrying capacity of a telescopic jib crane in the variable amplitude plane and the rotary plane. In operation, the overtension cable is used to form an overloaded boom and boom. A triangularly stable structure. In order to improve the mechanical state of the boom. The overlifting technology of all ground cranes abroad has been relatively mature, the domestic research on the super-lifting technology is relatively few, and the influence mechanism of the over-lifting cable on the performance of the boom is not clear. There are few detailed discussions and research results published in the relevant literature, so there is no evidence in the research and development of all-ground crane. In view of this situation, it is necessary to carry out this research. The catenary theory is introduced into the study of the overhoisting device of the whole ground crane based on the consideration of the effect of the overhoisting cable, and the calculation model of the overhoisting device is established according to this theory. In this paper, the influence mechanism of overloading device on the main arm is studied systematically and deeply. The main contents are as follows: 1) deeply study the working principle of the over-lifting device. In view of the defects of simplifying the over-lifting cable to the two-force rod, this paper considers the suspension effect of the over-lifting cable. Based on catenary theory and its basic assumptions, the model of overtension cable is simplified and analyzed, and the solution model based on catenary equation is established. 2) the problem of simplification and calculation of finite element model of overhanging cable is studied. In view of geometric nonlinear and large deformation characteristics of overhanging cable, the characteristics of overhanging cable and catenary theory are studied in this paper. The finite element model of overtension cable is established by using the beam element with weak flexural stiffness and the nonlinear calculation is carried out. The results are compared with the catenary equation and the influence of the model parameters on the results is discussed. The feasibility of the model is verified by an example. 3) the relationship between the line shape of the overtension cable and the pretension force and the pretension angle is expounded. The integral stress of the boom and the local stress of the pin hole are taken as the evaluation criteria. The influence curve of the line shape of the over-rise cable on the main arm and the overtension cable is obtained quantitatively by an example, and the law of influence is discussed under the background of the quantitative results. The results show that the over-tension cable line has a profound effect on the performance of the boom. At the same time, the research results are applied to the research and development of TZQAY500t all-ground crane, which provides a theoretical reference for the research and design of overloading device of all-ground crane. It has certain universal significance and application value in similar structures in the field of engineering crane.
