基于周轉(zhuǎn)輪系軟起動技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,軟起動技術(shù)具有越來越多的功能和優(yōu)點,所以軟起動裝置應(yīng)用范圍越來越廣泛,軟起動產(chǎn)品也隨之大力發(fā)展。但是,目前國內(nèi)外的軟起動裝置,設(shè)備體積大,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,安裝不便,維護量較大,價格昂貴,不能滿足用戶的全部需求。本文基于周轉(zhuǎn)輪系的軟起動裝置具有傳動效率高,裝置發(fā)熱量小,工作可靠,使用壽命長,機械和控制系統(tǒng)簡單,維護成本低等特點。對于軟起動技術(shù)的研究具有重要的意義。 本論文首先分析了軟起動裝置的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并闡述了軟起動裝置所具備的優(yōu)點及不足之處。其次,介紹了基于周轉(zhuǎn)輪系軟起動裝置的主要組成部分,包括周轉(zhuǎn)輪系、調(diào)速電動機兩部分。整個機械傳動設(shè)備的組成包括控制系統(tǒng)、傳動系統(tǒng)、帶式輸送機三部分組成。然后,介紹了基于周轉(zhuǎn)輪系軟起動裝置的工作原理,通過調(diào)速電動機改變轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速來改變周轉(zhuǎn)輪系內(nèi)齒圈的轉(zhuǎn)速,以實現(xiàn)帶式輸送機的軟起動。最后,在分析帶式輸送機的工作過程的基礎(chǔ)上,對基于周轉(zhuǎn)輪系軟起動裝置的控制系統(tǒng)進行了研究,對控制系統(tǒng)進行了硬件與軟件的設(shè)計。通過可編程控制器對變頻器的輸出頻率進行控制,實現(xiàn)對調(diào)速電動機轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速的控制。調(diào)速電動機與主電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速經(jīng)差動輪系的速度合成,可使傳動系統(tǒng)在很大范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速,實現(xiàn)對帶式輸送機的可控起動。
[Abstract]:With the innovation and development of modern science and technology, soft start technology has more and more functions and advantages. At present, the domestic and foreign soft start device, the equipment volume is big, the structure is complex, the installation is inconvenient, the maintenance quantity is large, the price is expensive. The soft starting device based on the turnover gear train has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, low calorific value, reliable operation, long service life, simple mechanical and control system. The characteristics of low maintenance cost are of great significance to the research of soft start technology. This paper first analyzes the development status of soft starting device, and describes the advantages and disadvantages of soft starting device. Secondly, introduces the main components of soft starting device based on turnover gear train. The whole mechanical transmission equipment consists of three parts: control system, transmission system and belt conveyor. Then. Based on the working principle of the soft starting device of the turnover gear train, the speed change of the gear ring in the turnover gear train by changing the rotor speed of the speed regulating motor is introduced in order to realize the soft start of the belt conveyor. On the basis of analyzing the working process of belt conveyor, the control system based on the soft starting device of turnover gear train is studied. The hardware and software of the control system are designed, and the output frequency of the inverter is controlled by the programmable controller. The speed of the speed regulating motor and the main motor can be combined with the speed of differential gear train to make the drive system realize stepless speed regulation in a large range. The controllable start of belt conveyor is realized.
