【摘要】：對(duì)于離散制造企業(yè)而言，車(chē)間不僅是企業(yè)的具體執(zhí)行單位和生產(chǎn)成本中心，也是企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)中心。激烈的外部環(huán)境競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和內(nèi)部管理不精細(xì)，以及傳統(tǒng)行為方式，使離散制造企業(yè)在車(chē)間管理上面臨著諸多考驗(yàn)。如何提高車(chē)間的管理水平，成為一個(gè)具有深刻實(shí)際意義的研究課題。為了使管理者對(duì)車(chē)間擁有整體掌控和局部細(xì)節(jié)的把握，及時(shí)找出和改進(jìn)車(chē)間管理中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，優(yōu)化離散制造車(chē)間的運(yùn)行過(guò)程，開(kāi)展了離散制造車(chē)間生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行績(jī)效綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究。 本文以離散制造車(chē)間為中心，，運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析方法，研究了離散制造車(chē)間的構(gòu)成要素、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能，構(gòu)建了面向過(guò)程的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行模型，解決了由于離散制造車(chē)間復(fù)雜特性引起的難以找到車(chē)間運(yùn)行影響因素的難題。據(jù)此建立了基于生產(chǎn)性、管理性和服務(wù)性的三元式離散制造車(chē)間生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行績(jī)效分類(lèi)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)構(gòu)模型。采用分析法、歸納演繹法和Delphi法構(gòu)建了一套績(jī)效綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，研究了一種模糊層次分析法，并給出了具體的操作步驟；最后，以JL汽車(chē)公司總裝車(chē)間為例，實(shí)證分析該車(chē)間的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況，找出了車(chē)間存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并加以改進(jìn)。 本研究為JL汽車(chē)公司總裝車(chē)間進(jìn)行績(jī)效綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供了一套具有可操作性的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和方法，找到車(chē)間的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，為車(chē)間生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行改進(jìn)提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)，有效提高了該車(chē)間的管理水平。
[Abstract]:For discrete manufacturing enterprises, workshop is not only the specific execution unit and production cost center, but also the profit center. The discrete manufacturing enterprises are faced with many challenges in workshop management, and how to improve the management level of workshop. In order to make managers have the overall control of the workshop and local details of the grasp, timely identify and improve the weak links in the workshop management. To optimize the operation process of discrete manufacturing workshop, a comprehensive evaluation study on the performance of discrete manufacturing workshop production system was carried out. In this paper, the system analysis method is used to study the components, structure and function of discrete manufacturing workshop, and build a process-oriented operation model of production system. The difficult problem of finding the influencing factors of workshop operation caused by the complex characteristics of discrete manufacturing workshop is solved, and the production based on this problem is established. The management and service three dimensional discrete manufacturing workshop production system performance classification evaluation structure model. Using the analysis method inductive deductive method and Delphi method to construct a set of performance comprehensive evaluation index system. A kind of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is studied, and the concrete operation steps are given. Finally, taking JL Automobile Company's assembly workshop as an example, this paper empirically analyzes the operation of the workshop's production system, finds out the weak links in the workshop and improves it. This study provides a set of operable evaluation index system and method for JL Automobile Company General Assembly Workshop performance comprehensive evaluation to find the weak link of the workshop. It provides a scientific basis for the operation and improvement of the workshop production system and effectively improves the management level of the workshop.
