新型變齒厚齒輪動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析

【摘要】:課題來源于國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(50705100,51275538),基于不同變位的新型漸開線變齒厚齒輪——在調(diào)隙、精密傳動(dòng)、車輛動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)等領(lǐng)域具有廣泛應(yīng)用前景。其剛度等動(dòng)態(tài)特性參數(shù)是傳動(dòng)性能重要指標(biāo),對(duì)其展開深入研究具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文基于切向變位漸開線變厚齒輪原理和嚙合特性基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其剛度計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開展仿真分析。本文主要內(nèi)容包括: ①在比較常用齒輪剛度的計(jì)算方法的基礎(chǔ)上,選用有限元方法對(duì)復(fù)合變位變厚齒輪進(jìn)行剛度計(jì)算;對(duì)不同切向變位系數(shù)的復(fù)合變位變厚齒輪進(jìn)行了剛度計(jì)算,,得到了剛度變化規(guī)律; ②在考慮復(fù)合變位變厚齒輪的剛度參數(shù)的條件下,利用集中參數(shù)非線性計(jì)算模型,研究復(fù)合變位變厚齒輪副的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性;考慮齒側(cè)間隙、時(shí)變嚙合剛度等非線性因素,對(duì)其動(dòng)力學(xué)響應(yīng)和規(guī)律進(jìn)行了計(jì)算研究,包括時(shí)變嚙合剛度非線性和齒側(cè)間隙非線性對(duì)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)的影響; ③建立復(fù)合變位變厚齒輪副非線性有限元模型,對(duì)正常嚙合情況和有側(cè)隙情況下變厚齒輪副嚙合過程中的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了仿真研究,得到了相應(yīng)規(guī)律;并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果與集中參數(shù)法計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,表明兩種計(jì)算結(jié)果規(guī)律基本一致; ④利用多體動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,對(duì)復(fù)合變位變厚齒輪存在側(cè)隙情況時(shí),時(shí)變負(fù)載及時(shí)變轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)其動(dòng)態(tài)傳動(dòng)精度的影響進(jìn)行仿真研究。
[Abstract]:The subject comes from the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), which is based on the new involute gear with variable tooth thickness based on different translocation. Vehicle power transmission and other fields have a wide range of application prospects, its stiffness and other dynamic characteristics are important indicators of transmission performance. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to further study it. Based on the principle of tangential modified involute thickening gear and meshing characteristics, the stiffness calculation method is studied in this paper. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1 on the basis of comparing the common calculation methods of gear stiffness, the finite element method is used to calculate the stiffness of composite gear with varying thickness. The stiffness of the composite thickening gear with different tangential modification coefficients is calculated and the change rule of stiffness is obtained. (2) under the condition of considering the stiffness parameters of the compound variable thickness gear, the dynamic characteristics of the compound variable thickness gear pair are studied by using the lumped parameter nonlinear calculation model; Considering the nonlinear factors such as tooth side clearance and time-varying meshing stiffness, the dynamic response and law are calculated and studied, including the influence of time-varying meshing stiffness nonlinearity and tooth side clearance nonlinearity on the system response. (3) the nonlinear finite element model of the composite variable thickness gear pair is established, and the dynamic characteristics of the thickened gear pair during the meshing process under the normal meshing condition and the side gap condition are simulated and studied, and the corresponding laws are obtained. The simulation results are compared with the results of the lumped parameter method, and the results show that the two results are basically the same. In this paper, the influence of time-varying load on dynamic transmission accuracy is simulated by using multi-body dynamics method in the presence of side gap of compound variable position and thickening gear, and the effect of time-varying load on the dynamic transmission accuracy is studied by using the method of multi-body dynamics.
