【摘要】:摘要:知識(shí)是企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素之一,機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力也在很大程度上由設(shè)計(jì)者的知識(shí)水平?jīng)Q定。知識(shí)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的性能如此重要,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)的掌控和管理成為非常關(guān)鍵的問(wèn)題。管理一個(gè)對(duì)象的前提是了解該對(duì)象的狀態(tài),管理企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)必須了解設(shè)計(jì)者、設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén)乃至于整個(gè)企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的知識(shí)狀態(tài)和水平,這樣才能通過(guò)主動(dòng)的知識(shí)傳播、知識(shí)分配和整合利用知識(shí),避免風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文描述了一個(gè)完整的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng),在建立知識(shí)庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ)上,著重研究知識(shí)的監(jiān)測(cè),通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)施和設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)評(píng)價(jià)兩方面的探索促進(jìn)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和管理。 一、論述企業(yè)知識(shí)管理相關(guān)內(nèi)容的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)知識(shí)管理存在的問(wèn)題,提出包含知識(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的研究意義和研究?jī)?nèi)容; 二、對(duì)知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,并且設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模塊; 三、根據(jù)系統(tǒng)中知識(shí)庫(kù)的建立,設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)資源對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)題,建立測(cè)題庫(kù),探索知識(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的實(shí)施方法; 四、設(shè)計(jì)推拉結(jié)合的知識(shí)供應(yīng)機(jī)制和知識(shí)發(fā)布方案,使知識(shí)以更好的方式呈現(xiàn)給用戶(hù),輔助學(xué)習(xí); 五、研究SCORM規(guī)范中教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出,探索設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)模型,得到知識(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)分析評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行專(zhuān)家授權(quán); 六、在基于WEB的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)上測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行,得到一個(gè)既可以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)知識(shí)輔助和共享,又可以對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)。 課題的應(yīng)用實(shí)例是某企業(yè)面向制造的設(shè)計(jì)(DFM)知識(shí):《簡(jiǎn)明工藝指南》、《典型工藝指南》和《電裝工藝指南》。 本文根據(jù)企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的目標(biāo)需求探索了一種包含知識(shí)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng),在輔助企業(yè)人員掌握知識(shí)的同時(shí),幫助企業(yè)管理者了解員工的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和狀態(tài),更好的進(jìn)行人員考核、決策和安排。該知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新,不僅具有一定的理論意義,也具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: knowledge is one of the important factors in the competitiveness of enterprises, and the competitiveness of mechanical product design is to a large extent determined by the knowledge level of the designer. Knowledge is so important to the performance of the product. How to realize the control and management of knowledge becomes a key problem. The premise of managing an object is to understand the state of the object, and the management of enterprise design knowledge must know the designer. The design department and even the entire enterprise design team's knowledge state and the level, only then can through the initiative knowledge dissemination, the knowledge distribution and the conformity uses the knowledge. To avoid risk. This paper describes a complete knowledge management system, based on the establishment of a knowledge base, focusing on the study of knowledge monitoring. Knowledge learning and management are promoted through knowledge monitoring implementation and design team knowledge evaluation. The main contents are as follows: 1. The research status of knowledge management related to enterprise knowledge management is discussed, the existing problems of knowledge management in new product development are analyzed, and the research significance and content of knowledge management system including knowledge monitoring are put forward. Second, analyze the requirement of the knowledge management system, and design the organization structure and function module of the system; Thirdly, according to the establishment of the knowledge base in the system, the corresponding test questions of the knowledge resources are designed, the test question bank is established, and the implementation method of knowledge monitoring is explored. Fourth, design the knowledge supply mechanism and the knowledge release plan of the combination of push and pull, so that the knowledge can be presented to the user in a better way and help to learn; Fifthly, study the data export of teaching management system in SCORM specification, explore the design of team knowledge statistical model, get knowledge monitoring, analysis and evaluation, and carry out expert authorization according to the evaluation results; Sixthly, a knowledge management system which can not only realize enterprise knowledge assistance and share, but also monitor enterprise knowledge status in real time can be obtained by running the test system on the network platform based on WEB. The application examples of this subject are the manufacturing oriented design (DFM) knowledge of a certain enterprise: simple process Guide, typical process Guide and Electrical Assembly process Guide. According to the objective demand of enterprise knowledge management, this paper explores a knowledge management system including knowledge status monitoring, which helps enterprise personnel to master knowledge at the same time. The innovation of the knowledge management system not only has certain theoretical significance, but also has extensive application value.
