考慮質(zhì)量損失模型的多響應(yīng)柔順機(jī)構(gòu)容差設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)多響應(yīng)柔順機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中既要保證機(jī)構(gòu)性能的精度又要降低其制造成本的問(wèn)題,以3自由度的柔順并聯(lián)細(xì)胞注射微動(dòng)平臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象,提出一種考慮質(zhì)量損失模型的多響應(yīng)容差設(shè)計(jì)方法來(lái)對(duì)具有復(fù)雜多響應(yīng)問(wèn)題的柔順機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行容差設(shè)計(jì)。該方法通過(guò)建立復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量損失模型來(lái)表征復(fù)雜多響應(yīng)柔順機(jī)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量損失并引入田口方法的思想對(duì)其進(jìn)行容差設(shè)計(jì),利用熵權(quán)理論確定柔順機(jī)構(gòu)各方向柔度的重要程度和方差分析方法確定各設(shè)計(jì)變量波動(dòng)對(duì)柔順機(jī)構(gòu)各方向柔度穩(wěn)健性的重要程度,在已確定各設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)最佳組合的前提下,通過(guò)綜合考慮復(fù)雜多響應(yīng)柔順機(jī)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量水平和制造成本來(lái)確定各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的容差,從而完成對(duì)具有復(fù)雜質(zhì)量結(jié)構(gòu)的多響應(yīng)柔順機(jī)構(gòu)的容差設(shè)計(jì),為多響應(yīng)柔順機(jī)構(gòu)的容差設(shè)計(jì)提供一種新的設(shè)計(jì)思路。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the precision of mechanism performance should be guaranteed and the manufacturing cost should be reduced in the design of multi-response compliant mechanism, the three-degree-of-freedom parallel cell injection micromotion platform is taken as the research object. A multi-response tolerance design method considering mass loss model is proposed to design the tolerance of a compliant mechanism with complex multi-response problems. The method characterizes complex multi-response by establishing a mass loss model of complex products. The tolerance design should be carried out by introducing the Taguchi method into the quality loss of the compliant mechanism. Using entropy weight theory to determine the importance of compliance mechanism in each direction and variance analysis method to determine the design variables of the flexibility of the flexibility of the stability of each direction of the important degree of importance. On the premise of determining the best combination of design parameters, the tolerance of each design parameter is determined by considering the quality level and manufacturing cost of complex multi-response compliant mechanism. Thus, the tolerance design of multi-response compliant mechanism with complex mass structure is completed, which provides a new design idea for the tolerance design of multi-response compliant mechanism.
