【摘要】:本文介紹了一種具有“斷電、斷信號、斷氣源”保護(hù)功能的智能二線制閥門定位器的實現(xiàn),討論了其工作原理、實現(xiàn)控制所需的硬件和軟件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及其智能定位器內(nèi)部PID控制算法。 調(diào)節(jié)閥是自動調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,通常被用來調(diào)節(jié)流入(或流出)調(diào)節(jié)對象的物質(zhì)或能量,以實現(xiàn)對生產(chǎn)過程中各種熱工參數(shù)的自動控制。閥門定位器是氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥實現(xiàn)有效控制的核心部件,由于受管路中閥板的前后壓差、閥的機(jī)械性能等因素的影響,閥門的行程不能到達(dá)指令要求的位置,存在過調(diào)、偏差和回差等現(xiàn)象,定位器的核心作用是對應(yīng)上述因素對調(diào)節(jié)閥的影響量,自動增加或減小輸出到閥門的壓縮空氣量,糾正閥門行程產(chǎn)生的偏差,使其回復(fù)到控制信號與閥門行程的對應(yīng)關(guān)系上,將外部的干擾、超調(diào)、滯后等不利影響減至最小提升被調(diào)對象的品質(zhì)1]。 研究閥門定位器,對提高閥門控制精度和響應(yīng)速度,進(jìn)而節(jié)約能源、成本,提高產(chǎn)能具有重要的意義。傳統(tǒng)的定位器智能程度低、控制精度差、耗氣量大、不能實現(xiàn)閥門的“斷電、斷信號、斷氣源”保護(hù)功能。隨著電力、化工、造紙等行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,以及過程控制日益智能化的發(fā)展需求,智能閥門定位器的需求量與日俱增,作為智能執(zhí)行元件,被廣泛應(yīng)用在各種自動化控制系統(tǒng)中。開發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新—代智能型閥門定位器已經(jīng)勢在必行[4]。經(jīng)過對這個課題的分析與研究,結(jié)合公司的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目,最終確定了以噴嘴擋板原理為基礎(chǔ),開發(fā)高度智能、并能實現(xiàn)三斷保護(hù)功能的閥門定位器。 設(shè)計定位器采用的原則是:提高定位器的智能水平,以提高其控制精度和穩(wěn)定性,降低工藝控制波動,同時降低靜態(tài)耗氣量、兼顧產(chǎn)品可靠性。本課題設(shè)計的智能閥門定位器,除具備一般智能定位器的基本功能外,還兼具“三斷保護(hù),,的功能,可以在定位器斷電、斷信號、斷氣源的情況下,使得閥門保持在當(dāng)前的位置。 在定位器內(nèi)部智能控制算法方面,本文介紹了采用的PID優(yōu)化控制算法等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和工藝。對各個模塊的設(shè)計構(gòu)想及具體實施方案,如何實現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確定位;如何實現(xiàn)閥門的三斷保護(hù);如何完成顯示、工作方式的管理及系統(tǒng)自診斷等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)探討。到論文完成時,多批定位器已在多個客戶現(xiàn)場試用,實際應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the realization of an intelligent two-wire valve positioner with the protection function of "power off, cut off signal and gas stop source", and discusses its working principle. The design of hardware and software structure and the PID control algorithm of intelligent locator are introduced. The regulator is an important part of the automatic control system and is usually used to regulate the material or energy that flows in or out of the regulating object. In order to realize the automatic control of various thermal parameters in the production process, the valve positioner is the core part of the pneumatic control valve to realize effective control, because of the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve plate in the pipeline. Valve mechanical properties and other factors, valve stroke can not reach the required position, there are overadjustment, deviation and return error phenomenon, the central role of the locator is corresponding to the above factors on the control valve. Automatically increase or decrease the compressed air output to the valve, correct the deviation produced by the valve stroke, make it return to the corresponding relationship between the control signal and the valve stroke, and overshoot the external interference. The unfavorable effects such as lag are reduced to a minimum to improve the quality of the target being adjusted 1]. The study of valve positioner is of great significance to improve valve control accuracy and response speed, thus saving energy, cost and productivity. Traditional positioner has low intelligence, poor control precision and large gas consumption. The protection function of the valve can not be realized. Along with the rapid development of electric power, chemical industry, papermaking and so on, as well as the increasingly intelligent development demand of process control. The demand for intelligent valve positioner is increasing day by day. As an intelligent actuator, it is widely used in various automatic control systems. It is imperative to develop a new generation of intelligent valve positioner with independent intellectual property rights. [4]. Through the analysis and research of this subject, combined with the new product development project of the company, the development of high intelligence is determined based on the principle of nozzle baffle. And the valve positioner which can realize the function of three-break protection. The principle used in the design of the locator is to improve the intelligent level of the locator in order to improve its control accuracy and stability, reduce the fluctuation of process control, and reduce the static gas consumption at the same time. The intelligent valve positioner designed in this subject not only has the basic function of the general intelligent positioner, but also has the function of "three-off protection", which can be used in the locator to cut off the power and signal. Keep the valve in its current position when the gas supply is cut off. In the aspect of internal intelligent control algorithm of locator, this paper introduces the key technology and technology such as PID optimal control algorithm. How to realize the three-break protection of valve; How to complete the display, the management of the working mode and the system self-diagnosis are discussed in detail. By the time of the completion of the paper, the multi-batch locator has been tried in many customers and the practical application effect is good.
