【摘要】：針對(duì)變速器裝配線擰緊工位存在的擰緊混亂、擰緊信息反饋滯后等問(wèn)題,提出了基于MES系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)工位可視化裝配指導(dǎo)、智能防錯(cuò)控制、裝配信息可追溯和物料監(jiān)控信息化等方面的改進(jìn)。系統(tǒng)基于OPC技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)PLC擰緊過(guò)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)采集,結(jié)合擰緊工位工藝流程和企業(yè)工位需求開發(fā)了裝配指導(dǎo)、擰緊防錯(cuò)、裝配信息追溯和擰緊物料提示模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了手動(dòng)工位擰緊過(guò)程可視化和信息化管理,在保障變速器手動(dòng)擰緊工位有序裝配同時(shí),提高工位節(jié)拍和裝配質(zhì)量。該系統(tǒng)已投入商業(yè)生產(chǎn),運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of tightening confusion and tightening information feedback lag in fastening station of transmission assembly line, an improved scheme based on MES system is put forward, which realizes visual assembly guidance and intelligent error prevention control. The assembly information can be traced back and the material monitoring information is improved. The system realizes the real-time monitoring and quality data acquisition of PLC tightening process based on OPC technology. Combined with the process flow of tightening station and the demand of enterprise station, the assembly guidance, tightening and error prevention, assembly information tracing and tightening material prompt module are developed, which realizes the visualization and information management of tightening process of manual work station. The system has been put into commercial production and run stably at the same time as ensuring manual tightening of the transmission and orderly assembly of the station, while improving the rhythm and assembly quality of the station.
