【摘要】:針對目前國內(nèi)移動壓力容器管理相對混亂的現(xiàn)狀和大多數(shù)企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)缺乏適應(yīng)性的問題,本文擬采用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)對移動壓力容器監(jiān)管進行信息化建設(shè)。 首先采用RFID技術(shù),將RFID標(biāo)簽附著在移動壓力容器提手鋼圈上面,利用RFID|閱讀器與標(biāo)簽的信息交互功能,完成移動壓力容器數(shù)據(jù)的寫入和讀出,。然后,設(shè)計由單片機控制的電磁閥,根據(jù)標(biāo)簽信息,經(jīng)由集成在RFID閱讀器上的Zigbee模塊傳送至單片機,單片機對標(biāo)簽內(nèi)容進行判斷,合格則驅(qū)動電磁閥打開氣路。本文重點介紹RFID閱讀器中嵌入式WinCE操作系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)用層軟件的開發(fā)過程。同時,對智能閥的電路設(shè)計及軟件設(shè)計方案進行描述;谖锫(lián)網(wǎng)的移動壓力容器管理系統(tǒng)規(guī)范了企業(yè)作業(yè),與《基層質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督管理信息系統(tǒng)》相結(jié)合,改進了移動壓力容器管理,提高了工作效率,實現(xiàn)對移動壓力容器的動態(tài)跟蹤和生產(chǎn)管理,杜絕了“黑瓶”、“假瓶”現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn),從而帶來了可觀的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:In view of the relative confusion of domestic mobile pressure vessel management and the lack of adaptability of most enterprise information systems, this paper intends to use the Internet of things technology to carry out information construction of mobile pressure vessel supervision. Firstly, the RFID tag is attached to the handle ring of the moving pressure vessel by RFID technology, and the information interaction between the RFID reader and the tag is used. The data of moving pressure vessel is written and read out. Then, the solenoid valve controlled by single-chip microcomputer is designed and transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer through the Zigbee module integrated into the RFID reader according to the label information. The singlechip judges the label content and drives the solenoid valve to open the air path. This paper mainly introduces the development process of the embedded WinCE operating system and application layer software in the RFID reader. At the same time. This paper describes the circuit design and software design of the intelligent valve. The mobile pressure vessel management system based on the Internet of things standardizes the operation of the enterprise and combines it with the basic level quality and Technology Supervision and Management Information system. The management of moving pressure vessel is improved, the working efficiency is improved, the dynamic tracking and production management of moving pressure vessel are realized, and the phenomenon of "black bottle" and "false bottle" is eliminated. Thus brought considerable economic and social benefits.
