【摘要】:滑移裝載機(jī),也被稱之為多功能工程車,是一種利用左右車輪線速度的差異從而實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)向的輪式工程機(jī)械,采用輪式行走,四輪驅(qū)動(dòng),滑移轉(zhuǎn)向,能夠在工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)隨機(jī)快速更換或掛接各種工作裝置,以適應(yīng)不同的工作環(huán)境和作業(yè)內(nèi)容;蒲b載機(jī)的行走系統(tǒng)普遍采用閉式液壓系統(tǒng),其傳動(dòng)較平穩(wěn),液壓沖擊和能量損失小,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,易于布置管路,維修方便等特點(diǎn)顯而易見(jiàn)。 本文以XT750滑移裝載機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為背景,對(duì)其行走閉式液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)研究。詳細(xì)分析了閉式液壓系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),并與開(kāi)式系統(tǒng)作比較,分析其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。指出閉式液壓系統(tǒng)在行走系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。以XT750滑移裝載機(jī)為例,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)原理圖,對(duì)它的行走閉式液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行展開(kāi)設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算與各零部件的選型工作,并進(jìn)行了匹配及效率計(jì)算。通過(guò)對(duì)滑移裝載機(jī)行走閉式液壓系統(tǒng)的分析,推導(dǎo)出行走閉式液壓系統(tǒng)、行走控制系統(tǒng)的傳遞函數(shù),建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對(duì)以閥控缸為模型的液壓控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化推導(dǎo)分析,得出穩(wěn)定性好的控制系統(tǒng)。整機(jī)裝配下線后對(duì)行走系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的檢測(cè),根據(jù)各檢測(cè)圖表的結(jié)果顯示,行走系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性較高,操控性能較好,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Slip loader, also known as multi-function engineering vehicle, is a kind of wheel-type construction machinery, which uses wheel walking, four-wheel drive and slip steering to realize steering by using the difference of linear speed of left and right wheels. In order to adapt to different working environment and work content, the sliding loader generally adopts closed hydraulic system, and its transmission is relatively stable. The hydraulic impact and energy loss are small, the structure is simple, the pipeline is easy to be arranged and the maintenance is convenient. Based on the design and development of XT750 sliding loader, this paper studies the design of the closed hydraulic system. The characteristics of the closed hydraulic system are analyzed in detail and compared with the open system. This paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and points out the key technology of the application of closed hydraulic system in walking system. Taking XT750 slip loader as an example, according to the system schematic diagram designed. The working closed hydraulic system is designed, and the hydraulic system is calculated and the parts are selected. Through the analysis of the closed hydraulic system of the sliding loader, the transfer function of the walking closed hydraulic system and the walking control system are deduced, and the mathematical model is established. The hydraulic control system with valve control cylinder as the model is optimized and analyzed, and the stable control system is obtained. After the whole machine is assembled off the line, the walking system is tested in detail, and the results of each test chart are shown. The stability of walking system is high, the performance of operation is good, and all the indexes meet the design requirements.
