【摘要】:根據(jù)熔融沉積成型(FDM)工藝制造原型高效快速,原材料適應(yīng)性廣的特點(diǎn),提出了以低溫金屬代替熱塑性材料實(shí)現(xiàn)原型制造的方法,探究以低溫金屬為材料的熔融沉積成型工藝特點(diǎn)和各工藝參數(shù)對(duì)沉積成型質(zhì)量的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)了低溫金屬三維打印系統(tǒng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)以Sn99.3Cu0.7金屬絲為材料,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了單層沉積和多層沉積實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明:通過(guò)優(yōu)化低溫金屬三維打印系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),能夠得到質(zhì)量較好的單層金屬線和三維金屬模型,驗(yàn)證了低溫金屬熔融沉積成型工藝在PCB制版和金屬三維成型方面應(yīng)用的可行性,并根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提出了后續(xù)技術(shù)發(fā)展應(yīng)重點(diǎn)解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of high efficiency and wide adaptability of the prototype of melt deposition forming (FDM) process, a method of prototype manufacture using low temperature metal instead of thermoplastic material is put forward. The characteristics of melt deposition molding process with low temperature metal as materials and the influence of various process parameters on the quality of deposition molding were investigated. On this basis, a low temperature metal 3D printing system is developed. Sn99.3Cu0.7 wire is used as the material in the experiment. The experiments of monolayer deposition and multilayer deposition are designed and implemented. The experiment proves that the monolayer wire and 3D metal model with good quality can be obtained by optimizing the motion parameters of low temperature metal 3D printing system. The feasibility of application of low temperature metal melt deposition forming process in PCB plate making and three dimensional metal forming is verified. According to the experimental results, the problems that should be solved in the following technical development are put forward.
