【摘要】:伴隨著國(guó)際貿(mào)易行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,航運(yùn)業(yè)在近些年來(lái)得到了迅速的提升。在船用機(jī)械上,船用齒輪減速器是一種應(yīng)用十分廣泛的機(jī)械,尤其是在柴油機(jī)噴油系統(tǒng)、調(diào)速軸系和絞錨機(jī)上應(yīng)用非常廣泛。所以船用齒輪在船舶運(yùn)行中的正常工作是非常重要的。一旦齒輪失效,即發(fā)生故障,將會(huì)對(duì)船舶的正常運(yùn)行造成很大的影響。對(duì)船用齒輪來(lái)說(shuō),失效形式主要有點(diǎn)蝕,膠合和磨損,在惡劣工況下會(huì)發(fā)生船用齒輪的折斷,另外,伴隨著齒輪運(yùn)行,振動(dòng)和噪聲也是不可避免的,所以減少振動(dòng)和噪聲現(xiàn)在是人們研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。 本文根據(jù)一種與內(nèi)河船用中速柴油機(jī)相匹配的單級(jí)齒輪減速器,給定參數(shù),參照直齒輪傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),計(jì)算了減速齒輪傳動(dòng)齒輪對(duì)的基本參數(shù),在Pro/E中分別建立了主、從動(dòng)齒輪的三維模型,并按照設(shè)計(jì)要求完成了主、從動(dòng)齒輪的幾何裝配。 接著從結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)分析理論出發(fā),給出了機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的固有特性的求解方法和步驟,介紹了ANSYS中求解模型固有頻率和固有振型方法。在ANSYS的模態(tài)分析模塊中對(duì)船用齒輪進(jìn)行了有限元模態(tài)分析,得到了其前10階固有頻率及對(duì)應(yīng)的固有振型。通過(guò)比較模態(tài)分析結(jié)果,分析單個(gè)齒輪的固有頻率,并且進(jìn)一步比較了各組固有頻率間的相互關(guān)系。為了避免齒輪所在的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)生共振現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)使外界激勵(lì)響應(yīng)的頻率避開(kāi)齒輪的固有頻率。 最后,分析了齒輪嚙合耦合模型振動(dòng)分析的基本方法,應(yīng)用第二章建好的嚙合齒輪對(duì)模型,通過(guò)建立齒輪副扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,轉(zhuǎn)化為IGES格式,導(dǎo)入ADAMS分析軟件中,運(yùn)用參數(shù)化建模和仿真方法,考慮嚙合傳動(dòng)過(guò)程中的沖擊和載荷,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析,依據(jù)振動(dòng)特性評(píng)估參數(shù),從振動(dòng)位移、振動(dòng)速度、振動(dòng)加速度、振動(dòng)角速度、振動(dòng)角加速度上考慮,經(jīng)過(guò)分析可以從中看出在齒輪嚙合過(guò)程中從動(dòng)輪的變化幅度大,嚙合齒輪對(duì)的振動(dòng)主要表現(xiàn)為從動(dòng)齒輪振動(dòng),在考慮船用齒輪振動(dòng)分析時(shí),主要考慮對(duì)象應(yīng)以從動(dòng)輪為主。這些都為實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)齒輪提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the international trade industry, the shipping industry has been rapidly promoted in recent years. In marine machinery, marine gear reducer is a kind of widely used machinery. Especially in the diesel engine fuel injection system, speed control shafting and strangulation machine is very widely used. So the normal operation of marine gears in the ship operation is very important. Once the gear failure, it will break down. For marine gears, the main failure forms are pitting, gluing and wear. In bad working conditions, marine gears will be broken, in addition, accompanied by gear operation. Vibration and noise are also inevitable, so reducing vibration and noise is now a research focus. According to a kind of single-stage gear reducer matching with inland marine medium speed diesel engine, the basic parameters of gear pair of decelerating gear transmission are calculated according to the design standard of spur gear transmission. The 3D models of master gear and follower gear are established in Pro/E, and the geometric assembly of master gear and follower gear is completed according to the design requirements. Then, based on the theory of structural modal analysis, the method and steps of solving the inherent characteristics of mechanical system are given. In this paper, the method of solving the natural frequency and mode shape of the model in ANSYS is introduced. The finite element modal analysis of marine gear is carried out in the modal analysis module of ANSYS. The first 10 natural frequencies and the corresponding natural modes are obtained, and the natural frequencies of a single gear are analyzed by comparing the results of modal analysis. In order to avoid the resonance of the transmission system in which the gear is located, the frequency of the external excitation response should be avoided from the natural frequency of the gear. Finally, the paper analyzes the basic method of vibration analysis of gear meshing coupling model, applies the meshing gear pair model built in Chapter 2, and transforms the dynamic model of gear pair torsional vibration into IGES format. Introducing ADAMS analysis software, using parametric modeling and simulation method, considering the impact and load in the meshing transmission process, the dynamic simulation analysis of the model is carried out, and the parameters are evaluated according to the vibration characteristics. From the vibration displacement, vibration velocity, vibration acceleration, vibration angular velocity, vibration angular acceleration, through the analysis can be seen in the gear meshing process from the change of large amplitude of wheel. The vibration of meshing gear pair is mainly reflected in the vibration of driven gear. When considering the vibration analysis of marine gear, the main object of consideration should be the slave wheel, which provides a reference for the actual design of gear.
