【摘要】:旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械是工業(yè)部門中應(yīng)用最為廣泛的關(guān)鍵機(jī)組,一旦發(fā)生機(jī)械故障,會(huì)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失及人員傷亡。轉(zhuǎn)子-軸承系統(tǒng)是旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械中的核心設(shè)備,其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)對(duì)整個(gè)機(jī)組的工作狀況有很大影響,因此對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子-軸承系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行研究具有重要意義。 本文主要研究轉(zhuǎn)子-軸承系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性以及軸承油膜參數(shù)的在線識(shí)別方法。建立雙圓盤轉(zhuǎn)子-軸承系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)有限元模型,采用短軸承理論假設(shè)推導(dǎo)了油膜力表達(dá)式。通過(guò)編制Fortran有限元程序研究系統(tǒng)在軸承油膜力作用下的動(dòng)力學(xué)行為,以及油膜壓力在軸承圓周方向和軸向方向的變化規(guī)律曲線。研究了利用軸頸位置的振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)識(shí)別軸承油膜參數(shù)的識(shí)別算法,編制了Fortran識(shí)別程序,通過(guò)仿真算例對(duì)算法和程序進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,證明了算法的正確性。在轉(zhuǎn)子軸承試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),通過(guò)識(shí)別程序識(shí)別出試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的軸承油膜參數(shù),為在線故障識(shí)別及油膜參數(shù)識(shí)別提供理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Rotating machinery is the most widely used key unit in the industrial sector. Once mechanical failure occurs, it will cause huge economic losses and casualties. Rotor-bearing system is the core equipment in rotating machinery. Its running state has great influence on the working condition of the whole unit, so it is of great significance to study the dynamic characteristics of rotor-bearing system. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of rotor-bearing system and the on-line identification method of oil film parameters are studied, and the dynamic finite element model of rotor-bearing system with double disks is established. The expression of oil film force is deduced by using short bearing theory. The dynamic behavior of the system under the action of oil film force is studied by compiling Fortran finite element program. And the variation curve of oil film pressure in the bearing circumference and axial direction. The recognition algorithm of oil film parameters by using the vibration data of journal position is studied, and the Fortran identification program is developed. The algorithm and program are verified by simulation examples, and the correctness of the algorithm is proved. The experiment is carried out on the rotor bearing test bed, and the oil film parameters of the test bed are identified by the identification program. It provides theoretical support for online fault identification and oil film parameter identification.
