【摘要】:對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺是產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)及其演化過(guò)程中的一個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)象,但目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)此尚鮮有關(guān)注。作者收集了600余個(gè)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺實(shí)例,采用統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)逐個(gè)分析了對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺在實(shí)例中的存在方式和所起的作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,借助知識(shí)挖掘手段,展開(kāi)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺概念、作用及其應(yīng)用的研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果體現(xiàn)在以下四個(gè)方面: 1、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺概念和分類(lèi)體系的建立。通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺實(shí)例的分析歸納并借鑒課題組結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)的研究成果,提出了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺的定義,建立了包括結(jié)構(gòu)靜態(tài)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺、結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺和結(jié)構(gòu)選擇對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺等類(lèi)型的分類(lèi)體系。 2、結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺關(guān)聯(lián)知識(shí)挖掘與分析。在構(gòu)建機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺實(shí)例庫(kù)和設(shè)計(jì)需求庫(kù)后,利用關(guān)聯(lián)知識(shí)挖掘算法對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)需求和結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了挖掘,并重點(diǎn)分析了其中支持度較高的幾類(lèi)關(guān)聯(lián)知識(shí),歸納了機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺在滿足功能需求、性能需求和約束需求等方面的作用。 3、不對(duì)稱(chēng)匹配原理及其應(yīng)用方法研究。在關(guān)聯(lián)知識(shí)的啟發(fā)下,結(jié)合對(duì)大量產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例的人工分析,提出了不對(duì)稱(chēng)匹配原理及其四種分類(lèi),歸納了不對(duì)稱(chēng)匹配原理的應(yīng)用方法和流程,從對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺的角度對(duì)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新和改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)作了有益探索。 4、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺知識(shí)應(yīng)用平臺(tái)(KAPMSS)的開(kāi)發(fā)。在上述理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,研制了集成實(shí)例管理、知識(shí)挖掘、知識(shí)管理、知識(shí)應(yīng)用四大模塊的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱(chēng)破缺知識(shí)應(yīng)用平臺(tái),將知識(shí)獲取與知識(shí)應(yīng)用有機(jī)結(jié)合在一起,并通過(guò)小型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的改進(jìn)實(shí)例初步檢驗(yàn)了平臺(tái)的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:The symmetry breaking is a common phenomenon in the structure and evolution of the product , but at present there is little concern at home and abroad . The author collects more than 600 cases of symmetry breaking of mechanical structures , and analyzes the existence mode and function of symmetry breaking in the instance one by one . Based on this , the research on the concept , function and application of symmetry breaking of mechanical structure is carried out by means of knowledge mining means . The main research contents and achievements are embodied in the following four aspects : 1 . The conception and classification system of symmetry breaking of mechanical structure is established . By analyzing the structural symmetry breaking examples and using the research results of the structure symmetry of the research group , this paper puts forward the definition of symmetry breaking of the mechanical structure , and establishes a classification system including the structure static symmetry breaking , the structural dynamic symmetry breaking and the structure selection symmetry breaking . 2 . Knowledge mining and analysis of structural symmetry breaking . After constructing symmetry breaking instance library and design requirement database of mechanical structure , the association relation between design requirement and structural symmetry breaking is excavated by using the association knowledge mining algorithm , and several kinds of association knowledge with higher support degree are analyzed , and the function of symmetry breaking of mechanical structure in meeting functional requirements , performance requirements and constraint needs are summarized . 3 . The principle of asymmetric matching and its application method are studied . Based on the theory of correlative knowledge , this paper puts forward the principle of asymmetric matching and four kinds of classification , sums up the application methods and flow of asymmetric matching principle , and makes a useful exploration on the innovation and improvement design of the product from the angle of symmetry breaking . 4 . Based on the research of the above theory , the application platform of symmetry breaking knowledge of the mechanical structure of the four modules of integration instance management , knowledge mining , knowledge management and knowledge application is developed , and the knowledge acquisition and knowledge application are organically combined , and the practicability of the platform is preliminarily tested through an improved example of a small wind power generator .
