【摘要】:本論文主要對行星減速器箱體柔性連接進(jìn)行研究,建立了其在沖擊載荷下的力學(xué)模型,以XE-93偏航減速器為例驗(yàn)證了力學(xué)模型的正確性。工程中由于箱體柔性連接設(shè)計(jì)不合理,在沖擊載荷作用下箱體柔性連接未能起到較好的緩沖作用,減速器破壞的可能性大。所以很有必要對減速器箱體柔性連接進(jìn)行研究和優(yōu)化。 本論文主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)對箱體柔性連接作了較詳細(xì)的研究,得到在沖擊載荷作用下箱體柔性連接各部件應(yīng)力分布情況及破壞形式; (2)在受力分析基礎(chǔ)上利用力學(xué)理論得到了高強(qiáng)度螺栓、彈性銷數(shù)量,行星輪系模數(shù)和沖擊載荷之間的力學(xué)關(guān)系式,建立了行星減速器箱體柔性連接力學(xué)模型; (3)在力學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,,運(yùn)用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論,利用MATLAB軟件中的優(yōu)化工具箱函數(shù)Fmincon進(jìn)行迭代計(jì)算,得到了較為理想的優(yōu)化結(jié)果,建立了行星減速器箱體柔性連接優(yōu)化模型; (4)利用有限元軟件ABAQUS建立了XE-93偏航減速器第四級箱體連接簡化有限元模型,經(jīng)過計(jì)算分析驗(yàn)證了所項(xiàng)目中設(shè)計(jì)的XE-93偏航減速器箱體柔性連接設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)不合理,柔性連接起不到較好的緩沖作用,和理論推導(dǎo)結(jié)果吻合; (5)為驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化結(jié)果,本論文根據(jù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果建立了箱體柔性連接有限元模型,通過計(jì)算分析證明了行星減速器箱體柔性連接優(yōu)化模型的正確性,提高了其抵抗沖擊載荷的能力,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了行星減速器箱體柔性連接力學(xué)模型的正確性。給減速器箱體柔性連接設(shè)計(jì)提供了一個較理想的思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the flexible connection of planetary reducer box is studied, and its mechanical model under impact load is established. Taking the XE-93 yaw reducer as an example, the correctness of the mechanical model is verified. Due to the unreasonable design of the flexible connection of the box body in engineering, the flexible connection of the box body under the impact load can not play a better role in buffering. So it is necessary to study and optimize the flexible connection of reducer box. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1) the flexible connection of the box is studied in detail, and the stress distribution and failure form of the flexible connection are obtained under the impact load. On the basis of mechanical analysis, the mechanical relations between high strength bolt, elastic pin number, planetary gear train modulus and impact load are obtained by means of mechanical theory. The mechanical model of flexible connection of planetary reducer box is established. 3) on the basis of the mechanical model, the optimal design theory is used, and the optimization toolbox function Fmincon in MATLAB software is used for iterative calculation, and the more ideal optimization results are obtained. The optimization model of flexible connection of planetary reducer box is established. 4) the simplified finite element model of the connection of the fourth stage box of XE-93 yaw reducer is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS. Through calculation and analysis, it is verified that the design parameters of the flexible connection of the XE-93 yaw reducer box are unreasonable, and the flexible connection does not play a better role in buffering, which is consistent with the theoretical results. In order to verify the optimization results, the finite element model of flexible connection of the box body is established according to the results of the optimization design, and the correctness of the flexible connection optimization model of the planetary reducer box is proved by calculation and analysis. The ability of resisting impact load is improved, and the correctness of the mechanical model of flexible connection of planetary reducer box is further verified, which provides an ideal idea for the design of flexible connection of reducer box.
