【摘要】:為了建立一種適合自吸噴灌泵在自吸過程中的氣液兩相流數(shù)值模擬方法,采用ANSYS CFX軟件,進行仿真自吸噴灌泵自吸過程的數(shù)值計算,研究自吸過程中氣液混合、氣液分離及氣液逸出現(xiàn)象,分析自吸過程中泵內部的速度、壓力及含氣率的變化規(guī)律,了解自吸過程的氣液兩相流特點。自吸泵的整個自吸過程分為3個階段:自吸初期由葉輪旋轉作用排水產生的吸氣階段(t≤0.5 s)、自吸中期由氣水混合及氣水分離作用產生排氣功能的吸氣階段(0.5 st≤4 s)、自吸末期由進口段的水進入泵體內部產生排氣功能的吸氣階段(t4 s)。自吸成功的關鍵就是葉輪的旋轉迫使葉輪進口處少量的水混合著一部分氣體沿著葉輪葉片壓力面流動至葉輪出口處并進入正反導葉,然后沿著反導葉葉片壓力面流出,表明在自吸過程中氣水混合物總是沿著較高的壓力面流動。通過采用攝影技術得到多級自吸噴灌泵在自吸初期及中期時泵出口段水柱高度的變化規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)試驗結果與數(shù)值計算結果非常相近,不僅兩者的變化規(guī)律基本相同,而且其結果相差不超過6%。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a numerical simulation method of gas-liquid two-phase flow suitable for self-sucking sprinkler pump, the self-suction process of self-priming sprinkler pump was simulated by ANSYS CFX software. The phenomena of gas-liquid mixing, gas-liquid separation and gas-liquid escape in the process of self-priming are studied, and the variation law of the velocity, pressure and gas content in the pump during the self-priming process is analyzed.
