【摘要】：本文在分析傳統(tǒng)基于關(guān)鍵路徑法(CPM)法的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理不足的基礎(chǔ)上,將基于約束理論(TOC)的關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)(CCM)引入到項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中,把資源約束提升到與工序邏輯關(guān)系同等的高度,用關(guān)鍵鏈取代關(guān)鍵路線。并且針對(duì)目前關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)應(yīng)用的主要方法存在的問(wèn)題提出了改進(jìn):對(duì)于關(guān)鍵鏈的識(shí)別問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種改進(jìn)的資源調(diào)配法“RSM”確定資源分配的優(yōu)先級(jí),從而確定項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵鏈;在分析工序持續(xù)時(shí)間的不確定性的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)工序的屬性不同賦予不同的完工概率,削減安全時(shí)間,以確定緩沖區(qū)的大小;在對(duì)緩沖區(qū)的管理方面,結(jié)合緩沖區(qū)的消耗情況和任務(wù)鏈的完成情況,綜合評(píng)判項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展情況實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的控制。同時(shí),本文運(yùn)用的改進(jìn)方法構(gòu)造了基于CCM的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理模型;最后,將所建模型運(yùn)用到X摩托車公司新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目中,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析傳統(tǒng)基于CPM的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與基于本文所建模型的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的應(yīng)用效果,驗(yàn)證了本文所建模型的有效性與可靠性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the shortage of the traditional CPM-based project schedule management, this paper introduces the key chain technology (CCM) based on the constraint theory into the project schedule management. Raise resource constraints to the same level as process logic. The key chain is used to replace the key route, and an improvement is put forward to the problems existing in the main methods of the application of the key chain technology: the identification of the key chain. In this paper, an improved resource allocation method "RSM" is designed to determine the priority of resource allocation, so as to determine the key chain of the project. On the basis of analyzing the uncertainty of process duration, different completion probability is given according to process attributes, and safety time is reduced to determine the size of buffer zone. In the management of buffer zone, combined with the consumption of buffer zone and the completion of task chain, comprehensive evaluation of the progress of the project to achieve the control of the project. At the same time. In this paper, the improved method is used to construct the project schedule management model based on CCM. Finally, the model is applied to the new product development project of X Motorcycle Company, and the application effect of the traditional project schedule management based on CPM and the project schedule management based on the model built in this paper is analyzed. The validity and reliability of the model are verified.
