【摘要】：可升降工作臺廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,其安全可靠和平穩(wěn)地升降性能是用戶最關(guān)注的要點。采用氣液聯(lián)動控制回路設(shè)計,詳細(xì)說明了回路的構(gòu)成,并就機(jī)械鎖開啟回路、氣缸上升回路、氣缸下降回路、油液補(bǔ)充回路、氣缸鎖止回路以及電磁閥工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明,克服了現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的不足,能實現(xiàn)工作臺平穩(wěn)升降和安全鎖止。
[Abstract]:The lifting table is widely used in industrial production, and its safe, reliable and steady lifting performance is the most important point that the user pays attention to. The composition of the loop is explained in detail by the design of the gas-liquid linkage control loop. And the mechanical lock open loop, cylinder rising loop, cylinder descent loop, oil supply circuit, cylinder lock loop and solenoid valve working state are described in detail, which overcomes the shortcomings of the existing technology. It can realize stable lifting and safe locking of the worktable.
