【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的持續(xù)低迷與動(dòng)蕩以及經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)一步加深,中國(guó)制造企業(yè)正面臨著制造產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流失、制造行業(yè)利潤(rùn)持續(xù)走低的困境。對(duì)于中國(guó)制造企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),加大研發(fā)力度,提升產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新能力,增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是擺脫這一困境的唯一出路。產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)知識(shí)積累、復(fù)用的螺旋上升過(guò)程。由于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中知識(shí)獲取困難、設(shè)計(jì)人員知識(shí)應(yīng)用效率低下以及產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)庫(kù)維護(hù)尚存不足等因素,影響了企業(yè)中知識(shí)的復(fù)用,阻礙了企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)能力的提升。因此,本文對(duì)面向產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的知識(shí)服務(wù)體系構(gòu)架及其知識(shí)集成、知識(shí)整合以及知識(shí)推送三個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開(kāi)展了研究,以提高設(shè)計(jì)人員知識(shí)復(fù)用的效率,提升產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新能力,增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)我國(guó)制造業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)化轉(zhuǎn)型,向價(jià)值鏈的高端環(huán)節(jié)延伸。 針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員知識(shí)需求的特點(diǎn)以及企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)與知識(shí)管理的現(xiàn)狀,在傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)獲取服務(wù)模式的基礎(chǔ)上擴(kuò)展了知識(shí)應(yīng)用服務(wù)模式,建立了涵蓋知識(shí)資源層、知識(shí)組織層、知識(shí)供應(yīng)層和設(shè)計(jì)執(zhí)行層四個(gè)層次的知識(shí)服務(wù)體系架構(gòu),形成了從離散知識(shí)組織到主動(dòng)知識(shí)供應(yīng)的知識(shí)服務(wù)過(guò)程,通過(guò)知識(shí)集成、知識(shí)整合和知識(shí)推送三種手段達(dá)到降低知識(shí)應(yīng)用難度、提高知識(shí)檢索效率以及改善知識(shí)獲取方式的目的,為提高知識(shí)復(fù)用效率奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)基于知識(shí)工程的工具構(gòu)建方法在通用性、易用性方面存在不足,難以滿足知識(shí)集成工作要求的問(wèn)題,研究了以產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)向?qū)ё鳛橹R(shí)集成的載體、基于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)向?qū)?gòu)建方法的知識(shí)集成模式。首先,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品變型設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn),建立了變型設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型、對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)進(jìn)行了分類、定義了設(shè)計(jì)元素間的知識(shí)約束關(guān)系,提出了基于知識(shí)約束的設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)過(guò)程動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃方法,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)向?qū)P?提出了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)向?qū)Э焖贅?gòu)建過(guò)程,為企業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)集成工作提供了系統(tǒng)的方法與技術(shù)支撐。然后,基于該方法設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了基于圖形用戶界面的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)向?qū)Э焖匍_(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),為企業(yè)提供了一種便捷、易用的知識(shí)集成輔助工具,提高了企業(yè)知識(shí)集成工作的效率與質(zhì)量。 針對(duì)知識(shí)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)中裝配體模型檢索困難的問(wèn)題,建立了基于語(yǔ)義標(biāo)注方法的裝配體模型知識(shí)整合框架。以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語(yǔ)義結(jié)構(gòu)作為裝配體模型高層語(yǔ)義信息與低層幾何信息間“語(yǔ)義鴻溝”的橋梁,提出了基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語(yǔ)義結(jié)構(gòu)的裝配體語(yǔ)義自動(dòng)標(biāo)注方法,提高了語(yǔ)義標(biāo)注的效率以及確保了語(yǔ)義標(biāo)注的統(tǒng)一性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了裝配體模型的整合。而后,針對(duì)空間結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)于裝配體模型工程語(yǔ)義的重要影響,提出了基于空間結(jié)構(gòu)的裝配體模型相似評(píng)價(jià)方法,擴(kuò)展了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語(yǔ)義結(jié)構(gòu)的可選擇范圍,提升了裝配體語(yǔ)義自動(dòng)標(biāo)注方法的適應(yīng)性。 為了提高知識(shí)推送的準(zhǔn)確性,基于設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)多樣性以及設(shè)計(jì)人員知識(shí)需求個(gè)性化、動(dòng)態(tài)化的特征,構(gòu)建了包含用戶輪廓和任務(wù)輪廓的知識(shí)需求模型。提出基于知識(shí)復(fù)用行為與記憶-遺忘模型的知識(shí)需求獲取與演化更新方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)人員知識(shí)需求的自動(dòng)獲取與動(dòng)態(tài)更新,避免傳統(tǒng)手工設(shè)置方法的主觀性強(qiáng)、效率低以及無(wú)法跟蹤設(shè)計(jì)人員知識(shí)需求動(dòng)態(tài)變化的問(wèn)題,提高了知識(shí)需求獲取的效率及準(zhǔn)確性。設(shè)計(jì)了基于用戶輪廓和任務(wù)輪廓的知識(shí)推送引擎,實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向設(shè)計(jì)人員的個(gè)性化知識(shí)推送。 最后,在知識(shí)服務(wù)體系架構(gòu)及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了知識(shí)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程模型,基于山東山大華天軟件有限公司的可定制產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了面向機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的知識(shí)服務(wù)原型系統(tǒng),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In recent years, along with the international economic environment downturn and turmoil and economic globalization, China manufacturing industry manufacturing enterprises are facing a loss of business, manufacturing industry profits continue to decline dilemma. For Chinese manufacturing enterprises, increase research and development efforts, improve product design innovation ability, enhance core competitiveness, is the only way to get rid of this dilemma. Product design is a process of knowledge accumulation and reuse spiral. Due to the difficulty of knowledge acquisition in the process of product design, design personnel knowledge application efficiency and product design knowledge base maintenance defects and other factors, the influence of knowledge reuse in the enterprise, the enterprise to enhance the ability of design obstacles. Therefore, in this paper to the structure and knowledge of product design knowledge service system integration, knowledge integration and knowledge push three key technology to carry out research, to Improve the efficiency of knowledge reuse, enhance product design innovation ability, enhance core competitiveness, promote structural transformation of China's manufacturing industry and extend to high-end links of value chain.
According to the characteristics of design knowledge needs and current situation of enterprise data and knowledge management, based on traditional knowledge service model extends the knowledge application service model, covering the establishment of knowledge resource, knowledge organization, knowledge supply layer and design implementation of knowledge service architecture of four layers, the formation of knowledge service the process of active knowledge supply from discrete knowledge organization, through knowledge integration, knowledge integration and knowledge push three methods to reduce the difficulty of the application of knowledge, improve the efficiency of knowledge retrieval and improve knowledge acquisition mode, provided the theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of knowledge reuse.
In view of the traditional construction method based on knowledge engineering tools in general, usability problems, it is difficult to meet the requirements of knowledge integration problems, based on product design wizard as a carrier of knowledge integration, knowledge integration model construction method of product design based on guide. First of all, according to the characteristics of product variant design, a variant the design of the product hierarchy structure model of product design knowledge classification, the definition of knowledge constraint relations between the elements of design, propose a dynamic programming method design process based on knowledge constraints, construct the design wizard model, presents a product design wizard to quickly build process, design and technology integration work provides system support for the enterprise products. Then, the method to design and develop a rapid development platform of product design wizard graphical user interface based on, It provides a convenient and easy to use tool for knowledge integration for enterprises to improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise knowledge integration.
According to the model retrieval problem of assembly knowledge service system, establish the framework of knowledge integration model of assembly semantic annotation method based on semantic structure. With the standard as a bridge assembly model of high-level semantic information and the low-level geometric information between the "semantic gap", the automatic annotation of assembly semantics standard semantic structure based on the improved semantic annotation efficiency and ensure the unity of semantic annotation, realize the integration of the assembly model. Then, according to the spatial structure of an important influence on the assembly model of engineering semantics, proposed the evaluation method of similar assembly model based on space structure, expansion of the standard semantic structure can enhance the range of choices, the automatic annotation of assembly semantics adaptability.
In order to improve the accuracy of knowledge push, design diversity and design knowledge based personalized demand, dynamic characteristics, construct the knowledge demand model contains the user profile and task profile. Proposed acquisition and evolution method of knowledge demand forgetting model of knowledge reuse based on behavior and memory, for the realization of automatic acquisition and dynamic update the design personnel knowledge requirements, to avoid the traditional manual setting methods are subjective, inefficient and unable to track the changes of dynamic knowledge demand design personnel, improve the efficiency and accuracy of the knowledge demand of obtaining the user profile and task design. The outline of the knowledge push engine based on the personalized knowledge oriented designers push send.
Finally, based on the study of the knowledge service architecture and its key technologies, the establishment of the business process model of knowledge service, knowledge service prototype system of Shandong Alexander Alex Hua Tian software company can design customized products whole life cycle management platform is developed for the design of mechanical products based on, and the system of the application verification.
