【摘要】:當前我國經(jīng)濟正處于工業(yè)化、城市化加快發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵階段,而現(xiàn)有的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平仍處于較低水平,大規(guī)模的鐵路、公路、礦產(chǎn)、城市公共設(shè)施建設(shè)熱潮預(yù)計還將至少持續(xù)10年以上的時間,這給礦山機械、冶金機械、建筑機械、石油機械行業(yè)提供了優(yōu)異的宏觀發(fā)展環(huán)境,也為湖南有色重機的發(fā)展壯大創(chuàng)造了難得機遇,但其不完善的企業(yè)文化嚴重阻礙了企業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展。研究表明,在經(jīng)濟全球化的今天,企業(yè)文化將是企業(yè)的核心競爭力所在,是企業(yè)管理最重要的內(nèi)容。唯有建設(shè)優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,才能增加公司的凝聚力和向心力,才能使企業(yè)具備先進的管理理念,才能真正集聚人心人力來提高企業(yè)的競爭力,進而極大提高企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中的核心能力。因此,在行業(yè)發(fā)展前景廣闊但內(nèi)部競爭激烈的條件下,有必要進一步加強湖南有色重機公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。 本文對科技型公司企業(yè)文化的構(gòu)成和特點做了論述,以湖南有色重機公司為例,簡要分析了公司企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,重點剖析了當前的企業(yè)文化存在的一系列問題,論證了公司實施企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的必要性。然后結(jié)合公司的特點與發(fā)展需要,分別從精神文化、制度文化、行為文化和物質(zhì)文化四個層面對有色重機的企業(yè)文化進行優(yōu)化,并提出了相應(yīng)措施。最后,結(jié)合有色重機實際狀況制定了適宜的文化建設(shè)實施流程和計劃,同時為推進體系建設(shè)提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施,并根據(jù)文化體系建設(shè)的實際情況提出了實施后的效果評估指標及方案。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is in the key stage of industrialization and urbanization, while the existing infrastructure level is still at a low level, large-scale railways, roads, minerals. Urban public facilities construction boom is expected to last at least 10 years, which provides an excellent macro development environment for mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, construction machinery, petroleum machinery industry. It also creates a rare opportunity for the development of Hunan Nonferrous heavy Machinery, but its imperfect corporate culture seriously hinders the further development of enterprises. Corporate culture will be the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the most important content of enterprise management. Only by building an excellent corporate culture can we increase the cohesion and centripetal force of the company. In order to enable enterprises to have advanced management concepts, can truly gather people to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and then greatly improve the core competence of enterprises in the fierce market competition. It is necessary to further strengthen the enterprise culture construction of Hunan Nonferrous heavy Machinery Company under the condition of broad prospect of industry development but fierce internal competition. In this paper, the composition and characteristics of the corporate culture of scientific and technological companies are discussed. Taking Hunan Nonferrous heavy Machinery Company as an example, this paper briefly analyzes the present situation of the construction of the corporate culture of the company. This paper mainly analyzes a series of problems existing in the current corporate culture, and demonstrates the necessity of carrying out the construction of the corporate culture. Then, combining the characteristics and the development needs of the company, the author analyzes the spiritual culture and the institutional culture respectively. Behavioral culture and material culture four levels of the non-ferrous weight corporate culture optimization, and put forward the corresponding measures. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the non-ferrous machinery to formulate the appropriate process and plan for the implementation of cultural construction. At the same time, it puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for promoting the construction of the system, and puts forward the evaluation index and scheme of the effect after implementation according to the actual situation of the construction of the cultural system.
