橡膠合金濾波減速器設(shè)計及傳動性能分析

【摘要】:隨著我國航空、航天、船舶、汽車、裝備制造等行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的減速器在某些行業(yè)已不能滿足小體積、大載荷、精度高、效率好、高可靠等一些列要求。因此針對這些比較突出的實際問題,重慶大學(xué)王家序教授開發(fā)了一種濾波減速器(專利號:ZL201010104359.5),具有高剛度、小體積、輕量化、加工方便等優(yōu)點。為了進一步提高濾波減速器的傳動性能,王家序教授又發(fā)明了基于橡膠合金或軟金屬彈性材料的濾波齒輪(申請專利號:201110054609.3)。本論文主要開展對橡膠合金濾波減速器的設(shè)計和傳動性能分析。研究的主要內(nèi)容可以概括如下: ①對濾波齒輪進行介紹,簡要分析橡膠合金濾波減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)組成及工作原理,在明確該減速器的設(shè)計技術(shù)要求下,進行減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計:包括對各齒數(shù)進行合理的優(yōu)化分配,并計算其幾何尺寸;校驗其齒廓重疊干涉和過渡曲線干涉;偏心軸偏心量的確定;橡膠合金層的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。 ②利用SolidWorks三維CAD軟件建立該減速器的虛擬樣機模型,并進行虛擬裝配和干涉分析。利用ANSYSWorkbench有限元軟件進行該減速器的前十階模態(tài)分析,確定該減速器的動態(tài)特性。 ③對一般橡膠制品的硫化成形工藝進行深入細致的分析,確定濾波齒輪硫化成形三要素。根據(jù)濾波齒輪的特點和成形工藝的要求,設(shè)計出濾波齒輪精密成形模具。 ④分析產(chǎn)生回差的主要原因,基于概率統(tǒng)計方法及橡膠合金濾波減速器的特點,推導(dǎo)出橡膠合金濾波減速器回差的計算公式,分析橡膠合金層對橡膠合金濾波減速器回差的影響。在Admas軟件中建立橡膠合金濾波減速器的剛—柔混合模型及一般濾波減速器剛性體模型,比較兩者動力學(xué)分析結(jié)果,證明橡膠合金濾波減速器具有更好的傳動平穩(wěn)性。 ⑤對橡膠合金濾波減速器和一般濾波減速器進行回差實驗,對比兩者的實驗結(jié)果,,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,從而進一步提出相關(guān)的改善方案。通過對橡膠合金濾波減速器和未加橡膠合金的濾波減速器的振動性能進行測試,表明橡膠合金濾波減速器具有更好的振動特性,能起到抑制低頻波動濾去高頻波動的作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of aviation, aerospace, ship, automobile, equipment manufacturing and other industries in China, the traditional reducer can not meet the small volume, large load, high precision and good efficiency in some industries. Therefore, in view of these outstanding practical problems, Professor Wang Jiafu of Chongqing University developed a filter reducer (Patent No.: ZL201010104359.5). It has the advantages of high stiffness, small volume, lightweight, easy to process, etc. In order to further improve the transmission performance of the filter reducer. Professor Wang Jia-xian also invented filter gears based on rubber alloys or flexible metal materials (Patent No.: 201110054609.3). In this paper, the design and transmission performance analysis of rubber alloy filter reducer are mainly carried out. The main contents of the research can be summarized as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. The filter gear is introduced, and the structure composition and working principle of rubber alloy filter reducer are briefly analyzed, and the design technical requirements of the reducer are clarified. The structural design of the reducer includes the rational distribution of the number of teeth and the calculation of its geometric size; Check its tooth profile overlap interference and transition curve interference; The determination of eccentricity of eccentric axis; Structure design of rubber alloy layer. (2) the virtual prototype model of the reducer is established by using SolidWorks 3D CAD software. The dynamic characteristics of the reducer are determined by using the ANSYSWorkbench finite element software to carry out the first ten order modal analysis of the reducer. (3) the vulcanization forming process of general rubber products is analyzed deeply and meticulously, and the three elements of filtering gear vulcanization forming are determined. According to the characteristics of filtering gear and the requirements of forming process. The precision forming die of filter gear is designed. (4) the main reasons of the return error are analyzed. Based on the probability statistics method and the characteristics of rubber alloy filter reducer, the formula for calculating the return error of rubber alloy filter reducer is derived. The effect of rubber alloy layer on the return error of rubber alloy filter reducer is analyzed. The rigid-flexible hybrid model of rubber alloy filter reducer and the rigid body model of general filter reducer are established in Admas software. Compared with the results of dynamic analysis, it is proved that the rubber alloy filter reducer has better driving stability. (5) the reverse-error experiments of rubber alloy filter reducer and general filter reducer are carried out, and the relative conclusions are drawn by comparing the experimental results. Through testing the vibration performance of the rubber alloy filter reducer and the filter reducer without rubber alloy. The results show that the rubber alloy filter reducer has better vibration characteristic and can restrain the low frequency fluctuation and filter the high frequency wave.
