【摘要】:w型離心式污水泵由于具有制造簡(jiǎn)單,無(wú)堵塞性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛的應(yīng)用于污水的抽送。一直以來(lái),該系列泵的設(shè)計(jì)參照清水泵的理論,并結(jié)合以往的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)修正。這種設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法與實(shí)際情況有偏差,保證不了泵的性能。因此,對(duì)污水泵進(jìn)行深入研究,揭是其真實(shí)的內(nèi)部流動(dòng)規(guī)律,為更好的設(shè)計(jì)污水泵提供理論支持。 離心式污水泵葉片數(shù)一般為1-2片,其內(nèi)部流動(dòng)規(guī)律比較復(fù)雜,利用測(cè)試手段來(lái)研究泵內(nèi)的流動(dòng)特性不失為一種好方法,但由于其研究成本高、試驗(yàn)周期長(zhǎng),加上受測(cè)試方法的影響,還有可參考文獻(xiàn)較少等等因素的限制,不利于對(duì)離心式污水泵的深入研究。因此,本文采用新的方法對(duì)泵內(nèi)部流動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究,把渦室和葉輪作為整體來(lái)考慮,基于N-S方程,對(duì)泵內(nèi)部流動(dòng)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,輸送清水介質(zhì)時(shí)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)K-e模型,輸送混合介質(zhì)時(shí)采用κ-e-Ap模型,采用笛卡兒坐標(biāo)、混合四面體非結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)格和SIMPLE算法進(jìn)行計(jì)算。通過(guò)對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果的分析,得到了更符合實(shí)際情況的結(jié)論,為離心泵的設(shè)計(jì)提供了更好的依據(jù)。本課題的研究成果: 1.通過(guò)對(duì)輸送清水介質(zhì)與污水介質(zhì)時(shí)污水泵內(nèi)部流動(dòng)的數(shù)值計(jì)算,分析了兩種介質(zhì)不同的流動(dòng)規(guī)律。證明了按清水泵設(shè)計(jì)理論設(shè)計(jì)污水泵本質(zhì)上是不正確的。 2.通過(guò)對(duì)輸送污水介質(zhì)時(shí)的模擬計(jì)算,得到了固體顆粒對(duì)泵內(nèi)部件的磨損規(guī)律。 3.通過(guò)對(duì)Fluent軟件的分析和使用,找出了模擬計(jì)算的不足之處,并提出了相應(yīng)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The w type centrifugal sewage pump is widely used in the pumping of sewage because of its simple manufacture and good performance of no plugging. The design of this series of pumps has been based on the theory of the clean water pump. Combined with the previous design experience, the design theory and method deviate from the actual situation, which can not guarantee the performance of the pump. Therefore, the study of sewage pump is the true internal flow law. Provide theoretical support for better design of sewage pump. The number of centrifugal sewage pump blades is generally 1-2 pieces, its internal flow law is more complex, it is a good method to study the flow characteristics of the pump by means of testing, but because of its high research cost. The long test period, combined with the influence of test methods, and the limitations of such factors as less references, are not conducive to the in-depth study of centrifugal sewage pump. In this paper, a new method is used to study the internal flow of the pump. Considering the vortex chamber and impeller as a whole, the flow inside the pump is numerically simulated based on N-S equation. The standard K-e model is used to transport the clear water medium, the 魏 -e-Ap model is used to transport the mixed medium and the Cartesian coordinates are used. The hybrid tetrahedron unstructured mesh and SIMPLE algorithm are used to calculate. Through the analysis of the calculation results, the conclusion is obtained that is more in line with the actual situation. It provides a better basis for the design of centrifugal pump. 1. Through the numerical calculation of the flow inside the sewage pump when the water medium and sewage medium are transported. It is proved that the design of sewage pump based on the design theory of clean water pump is not correct in essence. 2. The wear law of solid particles to the parts of pump is obtained by simulating the transport of sewage medium. 3. Through the analysis and application of Fluent software, the deficiency of simulation calculation is found out, and the corresponding research direction is put forward.
