【摘要】:弧齒錐齒輪由于其重合度大、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、承載能力高等特點(diǎn),在交通、航空航天、航海、機(jī)床等現(xiàn)代機(jī)械傳動(dòng)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。而行星齒輪傳動(dòng)以其承載能力高、重量輕、體積小、傳動(dòng)比大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)近年來在工程機(jī)械領(lǐng)域得到了快速發(fā)展,在現(xiàn)代動(dòng)力機(jī)械中幾乎具有不可替代的作用。本文結(jié)合弧齒錐齒輪的特點(diǎn)及行星齒輪傳動(dòng)的原理,提出了一種新型弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng),并進(jìn)行了較深入的理論探討與試驗(yàn)研究。 本文綜合弧齒錐齒輪的嚙合特性和行星傳動(dòng)的原理分析了弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng)的原理和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。推導(dǎo)了弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng)的傳動(dòng)比和傳動(dòng)效率的計(jì)算公式,并結(jié)合實(shí)例進(jìn)行了分析。對(duì)弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng)的嚙合性能進(jìn)行了分析。利用弧齒錐齒輪設(shè)計(jì)及分析軟件對(duì)弧齒錐齒輪的接觸區(qū)和傳動(dòng)誤差進(jìn)行了分析和預(yù)置設(shè)計(jì);運(yùn)用齒輪動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,建立了弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,利用Runge-Kutta方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了求解分析。借鑒傳統(tǒng)圓柱齒輪行星傳動(dòng)的結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)弧齒錐齒輪的傳動(dòng)特點(diǎn)及幾何特征,設(shè)計(jì)了非正交傳動(dòng)比21.5、模數(shù)5mm的弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng)齒輪箱。完成了齒輪箱的制造、安裝和調(diào)試。進(jìn)行了弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng)齒輪箱的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)噪音和傳動(dòng)效率的測試試驗(yàn)。 經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,齒輪箱測試系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)綜合噪聲在90dB以下,傳動(dòng)效率不同的工況條件差別較大,其中較理想的情況下可達(dá)到57.3%。驗(yàn)證了本文所提出的新型弧齒錐齒輪行星傳動(dòng)的可行性,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。
[Abstract]:Spiral bevel gear due to the coincidence degree, smooth transmission, bearing characteristics, higher ability in transportation, aerospace, navigation, machine tools and other modern mechanical transmission has been widely used. The planetary gear transmission with its high bearing capacity, light weight, small volume, high transmission ratio and other advantages in recent years in Mechanical Engineering the field has been developing rapidly, almost play an irreplaceable role in modern power machinery. Based on the principle and characteristics of planetary gear transmission spiral bevel gear, put forward a new kind of spiral bevel gear planetary transmission, and discusses the theory and experimental research deeply.
The character of this comprehensive meshing principle of spiral bevel gear and planetary gear analysis principle and implementation method of the spiral bevel gear planetary transmission. The formula of the spiral bevel gear planetary transmission ratio and transmission efficiency, and combined with case analysis. The meshing performance of spiral bevel gear planetary transmission are analyzed. Using spiral bevel gear design and analysis software of the contact area of the spiral bevel gear and transmission error are analyzed and the use of preset design; gear dynamics theory, a dynamic model of a spiral bevel gear planetary transmission, has carried on the analysis using the Runge-Kutta method. From the structure of the traditional cylindrical gear planetary according to the characteristics of transmission, transmission and geometric characteristics of the spiral bevel gear, the design of non orthogonal transmission ratio 21.5, spiral bevel gear planetary gear box module 5mm. The gear box The test of the operation noise and transmission efficiency of the spiral bevel gear planetary gear box is carried out.
After experimental verification, the gear box test system integrated operation noise below 90dB, the transmission efficiency of different working conditions are different, the ideal circumstances can reach 57.3%. to verify the feasibility of the new spiral bevel gear planetary transmission is proposed in this paper, to achieve the desired purpose.
